I use to drive all the way to the Garner branch that Ms.Ellie manages because her staffs customer service made you feel like family. But when assistant branch manager ANGEL McLEOD waited on me in the Erwin branch, it was like a breath of fresh air! She was and is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. She remembers her customers likes and pays attention to detail. She makes this branch like family. I live in Angier so it’s nice to be able to bank closer to home. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND WOODFOREST NATIONAL BANK TO EVERYONE. I Love there hours of operation. They are open EVERYDAY with the exception of Sunday.

I went in too Branch #0882, I was met by and work with Sona Dave. It was the best experience I had ever. She was very friendly and knowledgeable of her Job. I needed help with Depositing a check from the AppShe walked me through it and bingo it was done. I wish more customer service people were like her. She gets a 20 out of 10.Thank you Sona

Today I called Woodforest bank about a duplicate pending charge on my account from Whirlpool. After calling Whirlpool for 2 weeks trying to resolve this issue they told me to call my bank. I was on hold for almost 2 hours with WoodForest trying to get this issue resolves and after I finally got a supervisor on the line he told me I needed to call Whirlpool. I would advise anyone not to never deal with either of these companies. How can my money stay in a pending state for almost 30 days with no resolution.

I would not recommend going here . They will look you in your face with a smile and steal your money. I went there Monday and deposited 200 dollars and it never showed on my account. Went there today to see what happened and was told by the thief herself when she hit deposit it went into someone else account and not mine “ it was an accident “ really I wasn’t born yesterday. They stealing your money don’t go there . You can’t even trust the people at the bank that you give your money too . Sad

Love this branch and the employees. They are always accommodating and very friendly. I've heard Woodforest called a second-chance bank. While they do have rules, policies, and procedures they have to follow, they were there for me after a very difficult time. I have recommended them to others and will continue to do so.

I Love the WOODFOREST BANKIN GENERAL BUT I AGREE WITH RUTH LUNN MY HUSBANDS AND I CAME TO THE BRANCH IN DUNN TO AD MYSELF TO HIS ACCOUNT THEY SAID THEY WOULD THEY DID END UP ADDING ME BUT THEY REFUSED TO GO AHEAD AND PRINT A DEBIT CARD OUT FOR ME BUT THEN THEY SAID IT’S CAUSE IT WAS 6:54pm and they were about to close so the DEBIT card machine was ALREADY shut down for the day..... while I can understand that they want to leave right at7pm....I DID FIND IT VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE IN THE MANNER THAT WE WERE TOLD THE DEBIT CARD MACHINE WAS ALREADY SHUT DOWN FOR THE DAY/Night I BELIEVE WE SHOULD’VE BEEN TOLD THIS RIGHT UP FRONT WHEN THEY KNEW WE WERE THERE TO GET MYSELF ADDED TO MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT WITH THEM.... WE HAD ALREADY BEEN THERE OVER AN HOUR WHILE THEY WERE STILL HANDLING ADDING ME TO MY HUSBANDS ACCOUNT THEY CONTINUED TO HANDLE OTHER PEOPLE WHILE WE WERE ONLY AWAITING THE PAPERS TO GET PRINTED THAT MY HUBBY AND I NEEDED TO SIGN TO GET ME ADDED ONTO HIS ACCOUNT

If I could give it no stars I would. My husband and I came to I wanted to add him to my account. They sat us down said they would be right with us an hour later we where still sitting there while they ignored us and waited on new people that came in after us. Very unprofessional very ignorant

The three employees acted they were having a crisis when I presented a deposit. I was told that they did not have authority to accept deposits over a certain amount, that they need a manager's approval, and the manager was on vacation so they had to make some phone calls. I told them that this is common --their bank employees seem to panic and have no authority to accept deposits over a certain amount. I offered to take back the deposit. But they insisted that they could accept it. I waited about 25 minutes before I finally demanded that they give me back my deposit. This bank is garbage. They have no reason to go into crisis mode every time a deposit over $500 is presented EXCEPT that their employees are not authorized to actually accept certain deposits because this bank acts like a babysitter...assuming that account holders can't manage their own accounts and that tellers are children who need a hall pass to go to the bathroom.
