Berto is great!
He changed the front and back glass to my iphone12 pro, put a new screen protector, he fixed my nephews iPhone glass and today he replaced my iPhone battery. Which was beginning to swell (not a good thing).
I recommend XO to everyone and anyone having issues with their phone. Berto is honest, reasonably priced and SOOOO much faster than BestBuy. He has my business for life.

I had a problem with my mic, was not sounding good on the other end of the phone and didn’t know what was happening. He knew just what was wrong after me explaining what happened and fixed it right in front of me while also being conversational. Great pricing

My phone went crazy talking and reading aloud everything on it and I was ready to toss it. I took it to my daughter aka tech person who could not fix it she checked online for phone repair near me and wala!! XO the young man knew exactly what to do in two minutes my phone was fixed. Friendly, courteous and very competent. Price was more than reasonable. Anyone dealing with phone issues should go to XtraOptions in Dunn.
