My phone went crazy talking and reading aloud everything on it and I was ready to toss it. I took it to my daughter aka tech person who could not fix it she checked online for phone repair near me and wala!! XO the young man knew exactly what to do in two minutes my phone was fixed. Friendly, courteous and very competent. Price was more than reasonable. Anyone dealing with phone issues should go to XtraOptions in Dunn.

Berto quickly replaced my badly damaged iPhone screen in under 15 min for 1/3 the price of replacing the whole phone for an equivalent used model! So grateful he had the part and I didn't have to wait days messing with repair tickets, etc!

Very impressed! This young man was very knowledgeable. He was able to get my busted phone disassembled and fixed in less than 30 minutes. I cracked my glass over my camera and damaged the camera and we had me up and running for 80 bucks. I was thoroughly impressed! Highly recommend!! Asurion is 200 bucks for this! Save your money and have him fix your phone. No sending anything off and days without a phone. Outstanding job!!!!
