I show up at 5:20pm thinking I would have plenty of time to get what I need from the travel desk, because this location closes at 6pm. Turns out the travel desk is open only until 5:30pm. This still gives me 10 minutes, but the lady at the travel desk looked me in the face and told me it was closed—even though it wasn’t 5:30pm yet. Terrible service.

Roadside assistance told me to "find my own solution or make an appointment later" after waiting 6 hrs in freezing temperatures at night. AAA used to be good but now it just made my mom cry from the lack of help. Very disappointed.

Mike schaedal and Garrett are great! Customer service is top tier. On another note, I went to have my car fixed and instead of diagnosing the root problem ,all at once, thereby charging me one diagnostic fee, they got my car “barely running” and told me that in order to fix the root problem we would have to fix all these minor issues before addressing the ROOT cause. This could have been communicated the FIRST time. I’m used to mechanics diagnosing things all at once. Not letting me leave the lot with issues then having me come back and leave my car for DAYS. Most people have jobs and can’t leave their car for weeks at a time. Otherwise they are very sweet people, but I need my services to be transparent from day 1.

Visited 1/4/25 to find the travel desk closed but one person at a nearby desk on the phone. (Had tried to call 1st but no answer.) I waited for his call to finish but another person walked in pass me and seat at his desk. I asked if I could ask a question since I thought I might need to come on another day. He said he was already helping someone. I asked if I could order foreign currency. He said no they didn't do this. (I've done this here before.) Asked if they had maps of Mexico. He said No. I left and then search online to discover AAA does still have foreign currency services. This representative could of directed me to another AAA location so I could place an order. It's not customer service when you ignore someone and then give them misinformation. Seek travel services at another location.

Bad experience with their battery warranty calls ends up counting towards call outs. They refuse to test the battery until after they've recharged it.

I stopped by on two Saturdays to get an international driver's license. One Sat they were closed - only open every other Saturday. The second time they had closed early. For a travel services company, it's not easy to get they're services on a Saturday!

My car couldn’t start so I requested roadside assistance which provided me excellent experience. However, after using roadside assistance from AAA, my car ended up at the this place where AAA app suggested for me. The ability of diagnosis for the my car issues at this place is extremely poor. The lady who work at the counter said she will charge me $75 before tax for car diagnosis except for examining battery. After this diagnosis, they said they can’t find any problems about alternator, starter and battery. The lady said you have to pay additional $150 for master diagnosis, which means I could pay $225 before tax for only car diagnosis and even possibly still can not find the problems for my car. This lady and technicians here just completely show their incapability. You just feel extremely disappointed at this place when you know this lady just wanted to rip you off. I don’t even want to provide one star for this review if I could’ve chosen no star.

No car lights on before the appt and left with ABS and BRAKE lights on. (They told me they didn’t want to stay longer and get my car fixed in response to the lights that turned on.)
Went to get rear brakes replaced. My appt was at 10AM didn’t pick up the car until 5:30PM (after closing hours)
Apparently the lights that turned on after the service they performed on my car was NOT their FAULT. Then trying to charge me to get the issue fixed.
If the part was broken prior to my appt with them, my lights would have been on already. They’re at fault but don’t want to take responsibility for it.
Not only that, clampers come with bleeding the brake system. But they charged me a separate $150 for a full brake fluid flush. Went home and checked, the fluid was very yellow and dirty. New brake fluid should be much clearer like oil,
DONT EVER GO TO THIS LOCATION

I went to AAA in person for a triptick for a trip I'm planning next month to ME. I wanted a stop in Rockport, ME, but was given a stop in Rockport, MA. The pages of the triptick are not in order making the effort unusable. I'm going to go back and get another one made and be more precise about my stop in Rockport as well as checking while I am there to be sure that the pages are in order. I'm disappointed with the service.

I won’t be returning, this place simply did not do right by me and feel very taken advantage of. They discovered an oil leak back in February, I paid to have it fixed. I returned in May for my state inspection and they “found another leak”. Tried to say “maybe it’s residual “ when they obviously missed it back in Februarys. After receiving another quote to fix that my driver side window wouldn’t roll up. They said they always roll the windows down but yet the window worked just fine when I was there for initial check up , they put tape on my window and told me to have it fixed elsewhere. Very manipulative and doesn’t take responsibility. I would suggest going somewhere else.

I called ahead to get information days and hours about applying for an international drivers license. When we arrived, that department was closed for the afternoon because of the upcoming weekend schedule. Apparently this is a regular occurrence. There was no advance warning.

These people are dishonest and always try to upsell you. I brought my car in for an oil change and they told me I needed multiple filter replacements, one of which was a cabin filter. They told me that I didn't even have one. The technician was Erick V. When I told them I would replace it myself, Mike Schaedel at the service desk proceeded to lecture me about how bad that was for breathing. I obtained a new filter and went to install it at home only to find out that the last one I replaced was still there and barely dirty. Don't trust these people. They will try to take advantage of you. Shame on AAA for hiring such unethical staff and continuing to feed the stereotype that mechanics are all dishonest.
