Highly recommend this place when you are having transmission issues. Although they gave me a quote and due to cost of my type of car, my transmission cost was worth about how much my car is worth and I have decided to just get a brand new car. Donna was my girl with excellent communication/customer service! Beyond happy I spoke with them to help me move forward to my next step!

Do not bring your car here They do not do any diagnostic.o brought my car in they charged me over 4k and a month later the same issues. Then i retyrned later Oh it's your transmission. They are crooks
If that is the case you have then why your establishment had us apply for a credit card of 4k to fix our problem. We brought the car back and you all said its a 7k transmission. we owe on this catr and its been less than a month bs

Sent my car for an check engine light on, and Steve helped me identify the error code within the day and called the dealership to check if my VIN is under the extended warranty and truthfully told me to go for dealership given warranty covers that and didn’t charge me for the engine error diagnosis fee. So I would recommend this shop given its honesty and professionalism.

Long story short I inconvenience Mr. Steve I was gonna be taking my truck to a different shop or the shop that did all the original work to my truck. His guys already had my transmission out and was getting ready to be sent off the bill, and I put everything Quickly put the transmission back in my truck. I was ready for me to be picked up an hour. Steve is all around. Great guy didn’t charge me a dime. Thank you Aamco and thank you Steve.

AAMCO is amazing! They were very fast and got me my car back within two days. They are incredibly kind and helpful. Steve, the costumer service manager, was literally amazing. They are super honest and you definitely get your moneys worth!

They do not do their own diagnostics!!!
I took my car here to fix a squeaking noise I was told was coming from my transmissions pilot bushing. They replaced it, and suggested I replace a couple other things that come with a standard replacement kit for that part. I agree to this believing they had at least confirmed that was the issue.
I go and get my car back and it's still making the noise... I had to take it to two other mechanics before someone finally figured out it was my spark plugs, and HAD NOTHING TTO DO WITH MY TRANSMISSION!!!
Which means that these people will just take your money and do no actual checks to see if you needed transmission work. HORRIBLE PRACTICE, DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!

I needed A new transmission. Steve assessment was the same as the previous 2 that the current transmission was not repairable.
Steve was a great asset. Knowledgeable and gave all the facts. Gave me an opportunity to ask questions and not influence my decision to go forward with installation.
