The service at caliber collision was excellent. Customer service provided updates on a regular basis of where we were at doing the repair and I was very happy with the service.

I do not recommend this shop. Since dropping off my car, my experience has been negative at every step.
The employee who inspected my car asked inappropriate questions.
The receptionist was dismissive and rude when I explained I wouldn’t be able to pick up right away due to my work schedule, saying, “I guess if you can’t get here fine, but we don’t really have room.”
When I finally picked up my car, the windshield wipers no longer worked and the driver’s side armrest was broken — issues that were not present before.
When I pointed out these problems, the staff was unhelpful and unwilling to take responsibility. For a business that’s supposed to be repairing cars, returning one in worse condition than it was dropped off, with poor customer service throughout, is unacceptable.

Did a great job and appreciated texts instead of numerous phone calls. They kept in touch with me frequently and finished before they estimated. If I ever need repair work, I will use them again!

They fulfilled or exceeded all of their promises. They worked well with my insurance agency and with the car rental agency that I used while my car was in the shop. They were polite and informative whenever I had questions, a real pleasure to work with. I'm a very happy camper.
