One of my favorite places to shop. Great variety of items to choose from. The prices are wonderful and makes shopping for different items feasible..
The location is awesome and right off the HWY. Near Southpoint and other great shops.

Disappointed!!…...I frequent the West Cary store on Dogwood Lane and went to the Durham store as I was driving by.
As compared to the Cary store, very disappointed. Store was dirty, the carts were super dirty and mismanaged. Some had dirt on it for ages.
Food, specially near the vegetable section was littered and crumpled. No employee to reach out, as this is a self checkout store. Literally apocalyptic and a very sorry store.
I stopped on the way back to my regular store at Cary West and every corner was slick (though hate the new shelf arrangement 😉).
Please hire better people or more responsible people for your Durham store (maybe open another near Chapel Hill boulevard...this one sucks!)

Shopping carts are all locked up. Who carry’s around quarters?
Shopped and carried items in my hands and packed them nicely into a box that was in a recycling bin instead, only for a clerk to dump it haphazardly at the register. Overall rude experience.

Both electric scooters were non operative and they did NOT have a wheelchair or any other alternatives. The store itself was a little messy but it's less than a week before Christmas.

I love Aldi but this has to be the worst I’ve been to. Rarely anyone working the checkouts, and the self service don’t take cash. Stock is often low / sold out. The bathrooms are filthy.

We have shopped here for years and have enjoyed it until recently. In the past few visits the store is dirty, smells, and produce is left to rot and attract flies throughout the day.

Great prices. Many good quality products, but several frozen ones have not been good enough to purchase again. Irritating and loud store phone rings constantly.

I am staying across from Aldis at the hotel went over ro grab a few things, and their milk turned lumpy within 24hrs. Date on it said July 2024. Disgusting. Floors always dirty. Ask someone a question nasty, attitude. Got fruit there rotten within 24hrs. So gross. I'll fo elsewhere to shop. Needs ro be cleaner, nicer, feesher
