I called 3 times to make sure my reservation was still valid, then I drive 4 hours to come here and they tell me to pay a more expensive price than the one they already guaranteed me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. So sleazy

I had to stop in and meet my ghourl Linda. She is so Kind and Friendly. Hello Linda!! I hope they treat U right when time to Retire. I Problem with Ample Storage is they have No dumpsters on premises so people can get rid of things. I've been asking them to put one in.

Christy is one of the employees at this location who is very rude to customers. I went to enter the room to register and she rudely stated "sir only one person in the room". I am a woman so it shocked me and as I paused the other lady sitting at the counter (Melanie) asked me to come over and she could help me. After Christy left with the other customer I mentioned she was rude for no reason especially when she was not wearing a mask and I and the other customer were both wearing mask. Melanie helped me register for a unit and was very professional. Christy returned with the other customer and both entered the room. So the rule she had of only one person in the room was something she came up with. I would not have continued at this location if it had not been for Melanie. I would not have wanted credit to be given to someone so unprofessional and rude to customers. So if you do sign up ensure you ask for Melanie to do your registration. You will get kind professional service and not someone rude like Christy. I would give Melanie 5 stars :)

I want to thank Linda and everyone else for being so understanding cause this past year has been ruff. The facility is always clean and all the employees are friendly. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that’s looking for a storage unit. I especially want to thank Linda for listening to me vent, I think she’s even heard me cry and I know we’ve definitely laughed together. Thanks you guys rock

I had my items in storage for over a year here. During my time I ran into some issues for example once the gate was wide open because it was malfunctioning where it would not close and anyone could freely go in and out. I tried to call to report it but my call went to voicemail AND there was a sign on the door that says "IN CASE OF EMERGENCY CALL: ____" and it read just like that with blanks and no number. In response I put two locks on my storage door not knowing it was against the rules and a lady called me on speakerphone to demand i take one off. I said I would come before the end of my billing cycle and she said no I had to come ASAP before the weekend was over (it was Friday I believe). I live in FLORIDA and I had autobill so I was never late or a no pay risk!!Another time I found the lights out over my strip of units and my lock had been tampered with. I had to go buy a new one because once i opened it it would not close again. I called and now they have an answering service who said they would call the manager and have them call me. They removed the phone number sign off the door btw with no number and still had no instructions for bypassers or witnesses on what to do in case of emergency or to report incidents.They hadnt returned my call a week later so I called them and left a message with the answering service and still no call back. The lights were out two weeks before the manager finally called me (coincidentally after I updated my review with photos). She said there was no set date to get them fixed. This place is so darn ghetto its crazy. And they talk to you as if you are wrong for being concerned about the safety of your belongings. I had tvs and high dollar items stored and I wanted them secure otherwise i could have stored items in someone's garage!I auto pay my bill so its never late. I also paid insurance so when my lock was tampered with and messed up they should have replaced it. That lock cost $30+.I never had so many problems with a storage facility.They were nice to me when I was leaving. The guys that checked me in were great, the ladies I dealt with all along after that not so great to me until leaving. She wanted a good review and I know that because she emailed me and asked me for it. I cleaned it up but consistancy is key. Truth is truth. This place needs to clean up their act!

So I been in contact with this lady Linda her customer service is phenomenal scared of a new me she gave me more then service and an invoice she gave me the inner strength to make this move and live life for self. She gave me a good deal and great service

Linda Dawkins is just so awesome. Her heart and character is amazing, and her customer service is out of this world. Medical Moving Solutions LLC is at unit E and F of this storage place. Our units are great. Linda Dawkins, the property's Manager did an excellent job since day 1 by taking care of all our requests. It’s a very peaceful environment to place your business and the location is fantastic, only 10 minutes from Durham downtown. We are very happy on how everything has workout for us. They didn't have a unit with a loading dock, but we got a forklift and make it works. Other business neighbors are great, and very respectful people.
