Would give them zero stars if I could. Made an appointment two days ago to be shown a unit and these people never showed up or even called me to tell me that they were not showing up. Kept calling the number on the gate and the manager at this location never picked up. Got rerouted to a call center and not even they could get a hold of whoever is responsible for this office. Totally unprofessional and poorest customer service quality. The person at the call center tried to be helpful but had no clue either. Certainly not considering renting at ample storage and would not recommend it.

I have rented a unit at Ample Storage Center at Industrial Lane for about 6 years. I keep treasured furniture and other meaningful, irreplaceable items in the unit. The temperature is maintained properly to preserve my items. No water leaks and no presence of bugs. The facility itself is immaculate. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The rental rates are reasonable. I recommend this location to anyone looking for reliable, safe storage.

I called 3 times to make sure my reservation was still valid, then I drive 4 hours to come here and they tell me to pay a more expensive price than the one they already guaranteed me. HORRIBLE SERVICE. So sleazy

If you are in need of renting a storage unit, look no further. Linda went out of her way to make a very stressful experience as easy as possible. I had to move my Mom for the 3rd time since last November and needed a storage unit for either a week or a year!! ? Linda accommodated our needs with a smile and an extra willingness to help. Absolutely 5 stars all the way!!! Thank you so much for everything!

So almost a month ago I was calling around to different storage facilities looking for a flex space. I called Ample storage on Industry lane hoping that maybe they would have something available. To my disappointment, they had no units available. But the customer service was beyond amazing. Linda is a GEM. She provided me with any information I needed and even assisted me with finding units that could possibly be available at other ample storage centers. She followed up with me and even provided me with contact information. Even though I didn’t get the unit I was looking for, I appreciate Linda for going above and beyond for me! I don’t write reviews, but I was so grateful I had to let her know!
