I have been a tenant now at the Oxford Hwy location for the last 2 years and have had a great experience here. Walter is easy to work with and accommodating with any requests I've had. I feel like we have a great space and that Ample is quite reasonable to work with. I currently have no complaint's and look forward to continuing a great relationship with the Ample Storage team.

Terrible customer service. Locked me out of my unit on the second day before I could move in. Poor communication all around- I gave up my month of rent and got a unit elsewhere.
