My fiance paid Mary to fix her taxes from 2017 and 2018 and she just never did it. Now we are stuck having to pay 2,000$ in back taxes and fees ourselves, even though we thought we had hired a professional to fix the problem. We called her multiple times to draw her attention to the issue and it was extremely difficult to reach her. it's not enough money to sue her over but really sucks for us. would not recommend at all.

I switched to Mary Apple about fifteen years ago. She has been easy to work with, fair, very knowledgeable, and very reasonable. Previously my brother and I used a Richmond firm to handle a charitable trust and Mary's fee for the annual report was less than one-half of the charge of the Richmond Company. Recommend her highly.
