Hours: The Aritzia store is neat and thoughtfully organized. It is more geared for women, with no men's clothes. The clothing is a little bit pricey and overpriced, but it holds up extremely well. Staff is friendly, helpful, gracious, and happy to help. The store offers fantastic customer service and fair quality for modern, flattering business/office wear. Employees are well-dressed and put together. One customer had an amazing experience with a Personal Styling Appointment. The stylist contacted them, took sizes and color preferences, and set up a private fitting room stocked with outfits. The stylist was very honest and never had a pushy attitude, making sure to find things that were worth the money. Another customer needed to exchange a jacket; they called and the store found the size, making it a super easy exchange. A different customer came ready to return items after a bad experience elsewhere, but the Durham location exceeded expectations, with an employee who went above and beyond with styling. However, the store seems to run out of stock quickly for larger sizes. The fitting rooms have no mirrors inside; customers must step out into an open shared mirror area, which can feel awkward if shy. Overall, it is a good experience, and customers are glad Durham has this store.
