Classes are challenging, thank God! Nice place, nice fellow students, great (and nice) instructors. Only suggestion: I would love to have perhaps special sessions with more critiques and suggestions on how to improve postures and movements. Such special sessions could be infrequent, but periodic, perhaps quarterly, feedback could accelerate student progress. My two cents. Thanks for your commitment to a very rewarding program.

Took my first class today, the Tiger's Eye. It was soooo good. It's half hot yoga, half circuit training. It kicked my butt! A great challenge. As a mom and full time student, it's very difficult for me to focus if I go to the gym by myself. I figured classes would be the best for me and glad I gave Arrichion Durham a try. Definitely think you should too. I've signed up for more classes. They offer a variety and looking forward to trying as many as I can.

An open love letter to Black Opal (Th 9:15am):Class typically begins with Marisa asking us to call to mind an intention. ‘What brought you to the mat today?’ And initially my intentions were always physical: better hip flexibility, upper body strength, endurance. All valid, but I noticed my mind was receiving just as much benefit and my reasons for coming to the mat shifted. Simply put, I feel better mentally when I walk out of class than when I walk in. Always ❤️

I am just in town for a few days and tried Arrichion Hot Yoga the last two days and I am heading back tomorrow. Supper friendly, extremely clean studio and an incredible workout. I felt awesome when my practice was completed. Marisa leads an excellent class. Thank you!

Felt very welcomed by the staff/owner. I hadn’t done hot yoga in over 3 years because of covid. I was really nervous of starting a new at a new studio. It was so close to my home that I finally decided to give it a go. It was inviting. It was a wonderful calm to my hectic day. Excited to return.

Arrichion is a runner’s best friend!!! I have barely run in the last year, instead choosing to focus on cross training. With 5-6 sessions a week at Arrichion Durham, I have gotten TONS stronger, much more agile, my balance has improved tremendously, and I am much better able to focus and “be here now.” Arrichion equals results! Yesterday I ran a long trail race that I’ve done almost annually for the past 13 years. I felt stronger than ever, stayed upright, placed well among women despite my advanced age, and am not at all sore today. Thank you Arrichion! Y’all are the best.

I moved to the area a year and a half ago for grad school. I used to do hot yoga and pilates back in Boston multiple times a week and LOVED my studio there. Over the first year I was in Durham I tried multiple hot yoga studios and never really felt welcomed. I found Arrichion a few months ago and instantly felt welcomed and uplifted. They focus on what feels good for you and your body instead of doing the "right" pose. They are so welcoming and have such a wide variety of classes. I cannot recommend this studio enough! Try it out!!

I recently joined and I keep telling people this place is definitely humbling me. ? I did CrossFit and Baptiste yoga in Boston for a lot of years and Arrichion makes me feel like a beginner in everything….in a good way! I’m old (ha, seriously) and have injuries, and surgery as recently as two months ago, yet I feel like I can walk into classes at Arrichion and do what makes ME feel ok, and not compete with other people (cough, cough Crossfit). There’s coaching, but no pressure, so you can optimize the classes in a way that works for you.The yoga heat is ???. I’ve wanted to find a place where the heat is on par with Baptiste and this is IT! Yay. It’s been a long time since I’ve had to hold poses and again, I feel like a beginner. Same for hot Pilates, the heat and poses are so great. Don’t be afraid of any of this - your body will thank you.The circuit class is a group and I like the vibe - everyone’s working together and YOU determine how heavy or light you can go. If you’re injured you can work around it. You will see trap bars, assault bikes, etc. and again, do not let this intimidate you. It’s for everybody. In short, try the trial, and then join. ?

First time yoga tryer. I LOVED it. Convenient. Ample parking. Clean. Welcoming. Lots of different options in class types. And you get looks of camaraderie when you aren't sure whether or not you need to vomit. (In a good way)! Highly recommend you give it a try.

This is absolutely the best yoga studio around with an amazing variety of classes. Every single instructor is so passionate, knowledgeable, and wants the best experience for every member. I leave feeling like I accomplished MUCH more than a “workout”. Pre-COVID I had a membership for many years and recently just signed back up and it has been the BEST decision I could have made for SO many reasons. My body and mind truly missed all of the benefits this studio brings.

Welcoming staff, amazing facility, and an amazing program. I've only tried one class as part of my trial month but I will be returning as I'm definitely feeling the (good) soreness the day after.
