Brought a new vehicle in to see if it was drivable for a trip since my regular mechanic was booked 2 weeks out. The quote was very high so i decided that i would just wait to see my regular mechanic. My regular mechanic ended up doing the work for more than half less than what I was quoted and found out I was quoted for work that wasn't even necessary. On top of it, I initially requested an oil change, which they forgot to do, so they gave me a coupon for a free oil change. I decided that i would try to get that free oil change, knowing full well that I would not be leaving there with a free oil change and there would be some kind of other issue they'd try to charge me for. I wasn't disappointed. I was given some excuse that the nut was too large in the oil pan, which was complete nonsense and only indicated that they didn't want to give me the oil change they promised. I suggest that you do your research and find yourselves a good and honest mechanic before considering getting your service here.

I never leave reviews, but these guys have the best customer service in the area! Was greeted by name the second I walked into the door and informed that my state inspection would be about an hour, but only ended up taking 20 mins (at 2 pm with an appt). Will definitely be back for future maintenance.

We met Tim McCowan shortly after we relocated here. Many new friends in our community recommended both Tim and Atlantic Tire. They are right. We found a few spots of oil in our garage shortly after an oil change. No questions asked. Tim immediately addressed the issue and resolved the problem. It's service like this that makes it easy to return. I'm guessing in total we have had 6 various services there and never a complaint. Honesty and expertise go a long way with Atlantic Tire and Tim delivering both.

They changed the tires well but they didn’t notice the bent control arms. Overall, the tire change was good.

I've been to this shop for 5 years and they are the best one I've been to. I don't go here as often since I moved 40 minutes away, but I do still use them here and there and have never had a problem. They've always been upfront about pricing and clear on what my vehicle needs; they also gave me access to the Carfax Car Care act so I can keep track of my maintenance. I highly recommend them.

The service techs are air heads. They tried to start my truck with the valet key and they also tried to upsell me full synthetic oil for my engine from 2002 with 400K miles. Friendly service.
