I drove here when it was open and was told "Sorry I am in training I can't help you." after waiting 5 minutes to get help. I was also told there was no one else at the store that could help me. How do you guys plan on operating a store like this?

Patrick the store seller was really nice. Looks like he was in training but either so, he did the best to explain the process to change my cell. About the manger (I guess she was) I have not the same opinion, she was over Patrick REALLY rude with him. To teach someone you have to be kind. Patrick was very nervous and she didn’t help.

This store sucks!
I tried to have my daughter activated her line at the store, while At&T national team on the line asking her to do so. She refused.
Now my daughter who is far away from home at college doesn’t have a phone line to call home!

long phone wait,still waiting after 10 min with store near me. att service down sept 23-24. online and phone help worse than useless. phone answering message at store pathetic. please stay on line repeated 20 times. i cannot call using my cell. They sent me quality survey which i cant answer because no cell service. if there is a negative star, that is what they get. their sales people answer, their tech service doesnt help. this is not a store number.

This AT&T store absolutely sucks.
It's supposed to be open between 10am and 8pm, but sometimes just randomly closes. Only a paper sign saying "I'll be back at __", with closures lasting for extremely long time. The break with picture attached is supposed to last for 1.5 hours - but only since I arrived at the store. Who knows how long the break really was when the sign was put up.
Even worse, this event already happened to me the second time within two weeks (and I'm obviously not going to the store every day, so perhaps these random closures occur even more frequently). Another time, I waited 45 minutes for the break to end. However, even 50 minutes after the break supposedly ended, no one re-opened the shop. I left out of despair.
When the shop is *actually* open, customer service is very disappointing. The employee isn't able to help but always only refers customers to the AT&T website and some AT&T phone number with a bot. The bot is not able to help.
Extremely disappointed by AT&T and this shop in particular!

Jason Jones is one of the most helpful employees I've ever encountered in the cellphone business. I wanted to get some insurance for my new phone and my son's new Xbox, and Jason answered all my questions and helped me add the insurance onto my monthly payment. Jason is now the primary reason I decided to switch my family over to AT&T after we had been on T Mobile for the last 6 years.

I had a complicated situation I was dealing with, and both employees made it very easy on me. They were kind and welcoming and made the process of getting a new phone enjoyable! I will definitely be back next time I need assistance :)

This young lady Johaly made getting a new phone a very pleasant experience. I have been dreading upgrading my iPhone 8 for sometime now. But Johaly made this experience fun and informative! This was a clinic on how customer service should always be!! She was very knowledgeable about products and plans that best suited my needs.
