I just called and spoke with a sales representative, simple question, do you have a blue iPhone 17 pro max in 256gb? We can’t divulge that information due to security reasons. I then asked again and received the same message. When it it completely easy to order online and have a phone shipped to your house yet the local store can’t even tell me what they have, one phone mind you, why even bother having stores? Skip the people, the drive and the store and just order online.

I was very impressed with the knowledge, efficiency and pleasant personality of Brett, one of the managers. They def know what they are doing when providing solutions. My best ever experience at one of these stores.

Im very disappointed in my latest experience with At&t and this store on roxboro rd in particular.
I go into this store on April 9th to upgrade my phone. I was told that the phone i was wanting to get needs to be ordered and would be shipped directly to my house. I was also told that i would get a credit of $1000. I was also told i have 30 days to turn in my old phone to get that $1000 credit. Great. I received my new phone, waited a few weeks before using it due to waiting for screen protectors, case, etc. i then go in May 5th, to turn my old phone in. Couldnt do it because some stuff took a very long time to transfer to my new phone. I then asked the question if the $1000 credit would still apply, i was told yes. So then i go back May 7th after everything has been now fully transferred over. A different store rep is now helping me and im being told that the credit is $830 not the $1000 that i was told. (Mind you the original rep that helped me on April 9th and May 5th is sitting 8ft away) she then says that i definitely saw the wrong info and then questions me as to were i got that information. To which i replied “you ma’am, you told me this on 2 different occasions.” Reluctantly i agreed, i get back to my vehicle and then spend the next 2hrs on the phone with at&t customer service/loyalty department to which they say that they cant help me. That what i need to do is go back to the store and speak with a manager. This person on the phone made me feel as if im the one that needs to be much more informed than their own employees. To make things worse, no credit has been applied to my account. So now i have to take time out of my work schedule to go and try to get this resolved at the store. Unbelievable.

This place is great...Marvin was very helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase...the wait time for help after I walked in the store was around 5 minutes...totally satisfied with this location and it's employees

We upgraded our Galaxy phone from an S9 to an S21 and we’re not sure how to switch the SIM Card or if we might need a new one. The female employee was very nice and helpful and had our SIM Card switched in about one minute. We were very happy with here service and assistance!

Really bad experience. They offered me $1000 trade-in when I bought my new phone, said I had a month to turn it in, and then when I did, said the promo was only $830. They also added several erroneous charges to my bill that I did not consent to.
