AT&T is horrible, I run a non-profit, working my fingers to the bones for the youth and my community. AT&T allowed someone to use my non-profit info to open an account, AT&T didn't verify anything when it came to opening the account and shipping out expensive equipment. I received the equipment, then I was bombarded with request to forward said equipment to different locations. I contacted AT&T and they are aware of this type of fraudulent behavior. I returned AT&T's equipment to them, but now I need to verify who I am and my non-profit is still on the hook for fees incurred during the equipment's time in service. AT&T is attempting to bully me into paying for something that they should never have shipped to me, even though I was honest enough to return it to them. AT&T is requiring me to verify who I am, however the person/people who used my non-profit didn't have to verify anything and that's why we're in this situation. I have spoken to three departments, I have been hung-up on and no one in either department has anything to do with anything happening anywhere else in AT&T.

Use to work here. Management needs to learn what they are doing, the building is run down, pay is not good, the equipment is old, and there was one day when the building did not have water. Management also shows favoritism and Kris Davis is one of the most unprofessional managers I have ever met. I left after my first 2 weeks. One co-worker by the name of Rick is also very disrespectful. recruiter and Account manager do not do anything to help and wait until the last minute for everything. Had to wait a week for my first check and the start date was pushed back. DO NOT WORK FOR CALNET.

I won’t even give them a one because they don’t deserve it. I changed my internet service from Spectrum to AT&T on July 13th, the service man came out on the 19 and made an install I received several call after that telling me I should set up a date for installation I informed that my service had already been installed A week after I started I had connections problems. I received another call from someone named Anthony from AT&T he also informed I needed to set an appointment to install my internet. I informed him that my install had been done but I was having problems with connections. I set an appointment for August 4, 2021. A young man named Kyle came switched out the box o then got a bill for services from July 13- august 8th When I called I was told No one had been to my house to change the box and they had no record. I explained the person had a AT&T truck, uniform and equipment. I was assured it was not there service person and wanes up paying the bill to avoid confusion but later cancelled the service. It appears people are coming into our homes pretending to be AT&T employees This is very dangerous and scary. Be careful doing business with AT&T They cheat you on the bill by charging you for services not provide plus got some kind of scam going on.
