The manager that was on shift was terribly rude and wrong about him not being able to find the part threatened to call the police on me when I was trying to tell him about the parts and I was going to tell him the part number and threatened to kick me out of the facility he has horrible customer service and does not respect customers

They charge my battery for free. It would have been nice to have the guy behind the counter offer me help to carry the battery in. He loaned me a cart when I told him I couldn't carry it but then when I got outside I couldn't get the cart down the curb. Just as I was looking on my phone for another AutoZone to go to someone came and helped me.

This place is awesome! They’re very helpful, professional, & also understanding with price ranges! I would come here before any other stores in the area. They also very quick to help with your needs and whatever you’re looking for. They take the time to explain every detail needed for your car as well! Raul is my favorite! He’s the guy I would refer to anyone!

I went to O'Reilly on Holloway and bought a $200 battery. They DIDNT EVEN INSTALL IT. I had to refund my money then went to AUTOZONE in the village. Raul hooked me up and installed it himself!! Much appreciate!!!

Mannnnnnn listen.....Raul is the man! I had a lot together motor and didn't know what alternator I needed! He researched picture after picture pulled and matched the old one! Excellent service! I was skeptical due to location... but the service was first class@

This place is ssa. How the guy gone pick up the phone and act like he know it all and not even listen when in fact he don’t even know his own company policy when it comes to battery warranty. Best to deal with Hillsborough rd or hwy 55. At end of the day you just a parts salesman not a certified mechanic. Learn your company policy before speaking
Update: My 24F AGM battery was no good like I tried to explain to the gentleman. Greatful that the employees at the highway 55 store knew what to do

I went to another auto zone and oriellys and they gave me wrong information. At this auto zone Raul Diaz helped me out and fixed the problem. And also gave great customer service.
