Items In Stock when ordering online, after three hours I never received 'a ready for pickup' so I called and was informed the items were ready. While driving to get the items I received a text stating the items are not in stock. A day later and 55 minutes on the phone I'm being told, 'maybe this evening'. Trying to cancel but no confirmation receipt, CC and PP have no refund transaction. BUYER BEWARE - NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT AUTO ZONE

I had 2 stars from my first review see bottom. I had to change to 4+. I have had a problem with them finding my receipt for my battery I bought in June. I went up twice and called a couple of times. I went back up yesterday because pep boys said I had a bad battery I have been telling this location for months the same thing. They sent me to other locations because they didn't have a tester for it. I went back yesterday and Dex was SO HELPFUL AND PATIENT he found the transaction and replaced it instantly! I even gave him a pair of free socks that I sell. For 3 months I have been getting my car jumpstarted to drive. They should have to pay me for all the stress. But thank you Dex for being a phenomenal employee and exceeding expectations on customer service. I TRULY APPRECIATE YOU! I am very disappointed in this location. I have been in a few times. Last week, I was in there, and I had a transaction for 24$. My card was 2$, short, so I paid in cash. They still have NOT GIVEN ME BACK MY MONEY ON MY CARD over a week later. I went up that night, and a rude guy was working who acted like I was bothering him by coming to his job interrupting his conversation with his boyfriend. I asked him about my refund, and he said, "Call your bank it's not our problem
But thank you, Doug, for giving me 1.79 for my wiper blades. And I want my refund.

Sign on door say 7:30 eastern time. Me and another customer waited 15 minutes even called got no response and door still closed. No sign of employees at all.

I wish I could give negative zero stars..RUDE, RUDE, RUDE, DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR from these "men"..especially the old man working in the parking lot checking the cars..he is beyond horrible. I would never spend 1 penny in this place, they should be shut down the way they talk to customers. I'm shaking, so angry and in shock from their behavior. DISGUSTING!!!!

This store needs extensive customer service training, the guy at the register has the nastiest attitude and the old man working on cars in the parking lot calling himself the mobile mechanic is even worse. These people know nothing about cars, I don't know how they stay in business.

We have a very large national account and many times we will order parts and wait losing customers and sales from not getting a return call or any kind of response after the order is placed. Just this morning went to find out about the status of an order. Only to be told by the store manager that they have had no orders from us only for me to arrive back at the shop to meet the delivery driver with the brakes we ordered. He also had made it more important for him to go pick up lunch before delivering the order. It is obvious that the store manager has no idea what they are doing and customer service is not a priority for them.
