Deposited a check made out to me from my credit union account-teller tells me there won't be a hold (he says he's a MANAGER), then after banking hours I get an email saying it's being held from 8/17-8/28/23!! Ridiculous, both institutions are in Durham, nc-a phone call would verify the funds will transfer!!BOA will never get another penny from me!! Too many other choices out there, and Arturo was so unpleasant!!

The Teller was rude and answered my questions with questions. I felt as though they were treating me like a criminal of some sort. I was very uncomfortable at this branch. She held my ID for an unusual long time punching the numbers in the computer. It was a scary scene in there. She also didn't tell me there would be a $5 service fee for my $20 withdrawal. This branch deserves 0 stars.

It feels like they don't want your business here. Exceptionally poor customer service experience today. My recommendation is to try another branch, or another bank entirely.

Slowest service in history. They almost seem to get a kick out of watching the line grow, as they go through 1 person every 15 minutes, with two teller windows open - if you're lucky. Staff, however, there's no shortage off - but they seem to put more emphasis on walking around and looking important, than taking care of their "valuable" (is that what they robot says when you call and are in hold for a few hours....?) customers.

We came to this branch because it would be my 5 year old daughters first bank experience, we waited 30 minutes to give her coins from piggy bank and then open a bank account but they said they wouldnt accept the coins we needed paper rolls. We said yes we will put them in the rolls in the bank and come back to teller and he rudely said we would have to wait another 40 mins in line to give the roll back to the same guy. I have a lot of business and accounts with boa but today they are over for me.

Severely understaffed. Waited in line for 20 minutes before I decided to just leave (no service) and the line only moved once. Same thing happened in the previous week. The line even went outside the building. Went out and tried the drive through banking. Well it was closed (why have a drive through if no one is staffing it). Unacceptable and a sign that this BoA does not appreciate their customer’s time. I feel bad for the staff and hope they are getting raises and new colleagues soon. And no, I won’t reach out to contact another poor social media staff to report this- if the manager or “leadership team” cares enough, they should be the one reaching out to affected customers

Many BOA closing locally including ATM's.30 minute wait to teller inside,30 people behind me.Inside ATM not functioning.Horrible experience.Unacceptable with poor communication.Contacted telephone customer service filing complaint.

Got my debit and credit card successfully, but should’ve asked for some starters check
