Went to make a withdrawal. While the teller was nice, I was there for 15 minutes attempting to make a withdrawal. Apparently, there is a limit to how much a teller can give. The person who can give approval was very slow to respond, thus keeping me there holding up the line much longer than it should have been. I like Truist, but customer service needs a little work.

There's always four cashiers and out of the four for the most part, there's only two working. The other two are always on the phone. So expect a 5-15 minute wait even if there's only a handful of customers there.

In the past we have had issues with other staff. But today the teller manager/supervisor was very understanding, professional and patient. This type of service is highly valued and most appreciated.
