Extremely cold and abrasive banker by the name of Thelma or Velma, short brown skin older lady with glasses. She’s made me feel extremely uncomfortable just with her facial expressions alone, her demeanor is that of a warehouse worker. Adults are not running this branch , children are… I open an account December 14. I had a change of address for the December 26. I appreciate it they did not forward my card. I called him on 2 January to inform them of my new address. They assured me they were going to send me a new card out Chris told me this , two weeks later on on January 17 I spoke to Trevor understandably concerned and he assured me that they were going to expedite me one and it would take three days. Today is Wednesday the 25th I called corporate and they told me that my card was ordered on January 23 that three weeks after two people told me it had been ordered and they admitted that Chris had forgotten the first time, and I was like OK but the second time they told me they ordered it and we’re gonna they did not that was a lie so now according to corporate, my card was ordered on 23 January. It will be shipped on 27 January and I should receive it by the end of the first week in February let me recap open the account on December 14 get a card the first week of Feb 2023 after our upon lie … when this bank was BB&T this exact location was one of the finest banks I had ever worked with. It has gone completely down to lying and not doing their job. I filed a complaint, but as we know what happens when a regular person files a complaint it gets put in the trash and nothing happens at all so we resort to a review that’s pathetic and I must’ve said that the three or four calls that I’ve made and Trevor has answered disrespectful and condescending way I’ve ever heard and Chris Chris thanks neighbor UPDATE it is now Feb 1 2023 and still No Card

The service here and the attitude of the staff has declined greatly since they merged with SunTrust. It use to be a fine bank. It's absolutely awful now and would not recommend to anybody.

Amy, Thelma, Megan. They're all great. I have mortgages, a HELOC, business and personal checking and a youth savings account with them. I've had nothing but great experiences.

When choosing a bank you want one that’s one your side and one that you can call on. I experienced poor customer service from the Manager Thelma and banker Amy in regards to my account and concerns. In this time of unprecedented circumstances we’ve all had to make adjustments in life and business, this branch choose personal frustrations over the concerns and needs of the client. Time management and customer retention training could be used in this location.
