She handles dogs with a gentle manner and a caring heart, showing great patience even with wiggling puppies. She has a full understanding of how dogs may react and uses her experience and knowledge to give them just the cut owners are looking for, doing a beautiful job. She tries to make sure she is doing the hair the way it was asked. Dogs come bouncing out of her spa happy as can be. She provides great service at a good price and puts new owners at ease. For pets and their parents, it is a very satisfying experience. There isn't a more skilled groomer in the Triangle, and she is someone you can trust with your dog.

Brought in my senior dog for a simple wash and trim. Older dogs need extra patience, and thankfully the staff understood that. They took a little longer than expected, but I’d rather have that than rushed handling. He came home comfortable, clean, and surprisingly energetic afterward.

Beth is the only groomer we’ve ever used for our Irish Doodle. She’s been cutting Rosie’s hair for five years and we’ve never had a bad cut. She’s friendly and professional - always asks after our family and tells us what a sweet dog Rosie is. We refer all our friends here!

We have been taking our pup to Beth since she was a baby. She always comes home smelling amazing and feeling super soft. You can tell Beth cares for the dogs- always greets them by name, remembers their personalities, and has thoughtful advice for the various questions I’ve asked. Thanks so much!
