Service is okay, had to pay the man $35 for "activation fee" when all he did was click a few buttons on the computer and I did most of the rest of it. I feel like he could have just sold me the damn phone and let me do it myself cause I didn't need him for any part of it but selling me the phone. Ended up paying $140-$50 for phone, $35 for activation fee, $15 each for case and screen protector. Only reason I went to this store was because Boost Mobile refused my payment method despite the fact it's same card I use to pay bill every month! We left and went to mint Mobile. Best choice ever. Boost sucks.

I felt like they didn’t make an effort to help me. I wanted my information from my android phone to my iPhone. They claimed they had tried before and it didn’t work. I saw instructions online but it was confusing to me.

Well, I didn't know that the company charges $45 just to put the line on another cell phone and then they tell you that you can't set the line on the cell phone. They only charged me to see the cell phone. I was a customer there. But I see that they already charge up to x check the cell phone.
