This company sells lemons 🍋 and will not make good when the issues are brought to their attention. Once they were confronted with the issue, they were disrespectful. The customer service is horrible.

I bought a vehicle from here a year ago. Kyle was ok however the rest of them very unprofessional. I called today 8/30/25 @ 2:00 because my car is still under warranty and needed to be checked out and one of the rudest men answered the phone. I was telling him what was going on with my car and he blatantly told me that I wasted my time and that if I’m having an issue I need to speak with the owner and hung up the phone in my face. When and if you buy a vehicle from this place make sure please that you understand the warranty process and coverage. No one that spends there money to purchase a car should have to be talked to in the manner in which I was talked to. Better yet IF you can go else where please do so.

I would put zero stars if I could. This dealership sold my good sister a bad car and is refusing to fix it. She has been going through this since February 2025. It is now August. They are rude and arent providing no type of solution for this issue. Do not buy from here.

Update. Got car in January, in February, realize the engine was burning oil really bad and now it’s August
It’s now August, update. The car ended up having issues where the engine is burning oil really bad and I went up there today to ask them since my car has been at the shop for three weeks when they planned on fixing it and before I could even get through the door, Jeff is pushing me back outside, and I basically told him that I wasn’t there to talk to him. I was there to talk to the one that sold me my car, which is Kyle, and he proceeded to argue with me and call me very degrading names like hood rat, and all types of rude words just because I’m trying to get a solution to a issue that I’ve been more than patient with. I was also told that the two year warranty that they give you they apparently don’t have to abide by it. IVE BEEN WAITING SINCE FEBRUARY, it’s now August.
