No soap. No paper towels. Clogged toilet. Asked for soap: none. Asked for paper towels: handed the blue towels you use for the windshield. Asked to use employee sink: was directed to a small room where an apparent drunk white man was changing his shoes and said there was no soap for employees either.
Edit: Just saw BP replied to a post similar to mine 5 months ago talking about high standards. Nothing has changed. Complete BS

Went here today as a customer. At 9.45 Sep 13 2024. The guy mopping the floor told me to go somewhere else to use the restroom. I an a paying customer. I will never buy gas here again. I understand why they have bad reviews

One of the top worst bathroom experiences I’ve ever had. So unlucky to randomly pull over at this place.
There needs to be a sign over the bathroom door saying “ask cashier for key”. Otherwise people like me will stand outside the door thinking someone else is in the bathroom for five minutes.
No soap but a bar of soap (gross when you have to share it with strangers).
I thought there was no toilet paper but I found it. On the floor. With pee flecks on it.
Can’t lock the bathroom door from the inside. Can’t think of many bathrooms like that.
Seems like a pretty dangerous part of town.

The BP is awesome arthur the third shift cashier is not the fastest in the world but his good nature and charming personality make it well worth the wait in line also much safer than the joy mart.

Staff is extremely rude. Kept repeating people can't just be hanging around here. Immediately after I entered the store with the intention of purchasing a can of Mt. Dew.

Rough area, a few bums hanging around outside. Went in for cigarettes.. saw Camels with $.50 off per pack, cashiers didn't pay the 50 cent off any mind.. I told the cashier the price was wrong and he didn't take the 50 cat discount off, he said the he had, I then asked him to scan a pack of the identical pack w/ out the 50 cent off, he resused.. I walked out without buying 2 pls of Camels and two gatoraids.. over 1 dollar that cashier cost the store a 14 dollar sale.. I'll never go back to this store again.

Just bought $5 worth of gas and they charged me 26 and they said that it would be a day or two before they refunded my money and said all his pumps act like that
