  BP gas popped at $2.99 USD today Sunday, June 22nd, 2025. Other neighboring businesses across the highway in close proximity to the Family Fare Mart with BP gas. Stop by if you have an opportunity to do so.

  DO NOT GO HERE. Sadly, I believe the cashier tried to steal from me, I went in with evidence (posted) and got my money back. I will absolutely be calling a higher up number to report this. Read and make your own judgement, this is just my experience where I felt I was deliberately being taken advantage of as a nice, younger woman.
  
  I went in and got two simply lemonades and one orange fanta. I went to check out and said out loud, “I have $40, can you please put the rest on pump 6.” She kept asking me which pump for some reason, but eventually we got it… pump 6. She says, “okay, that’ll be 22 on the pump.” I went out and pumped the gas, even though I knew it sounded weird. $18 for three little drinks? Then, I go to the pump and there was only $21 on there. I went ahead and pumped the $21, then printed a receipt. Shown here, it shows proof that the drinks were only $6.27. With $21 of gas, $6.27 in drinks, $.47 tax, I had a total of $27. 74. I had proof of over $12 unaccounted for?? I went right inside and asked her why she only put $21 on the pump. HERE’S WHERE I GET SKETCHED OUT. She claimed she thought I only gave her $30. But she clearly typed $21 worth of gas in after scanning the three drinks? And the total was still less than $30?? So even if I had given her $30 she still shorted me $3. It doesn’t add up especially when I said out loud that I had $40, and handed her two $20s. I handle a lot of cash at work and I would never make a mistake like that, 2 $20s is 2 $20s. Long story short, I absolutely believe she was trying to skim me. What gets me is she may do this to other young people, the elderly, or those simply not paying attention. I went in clearly upset and got my money back by remaining polite and explaining how things just didn’t add up. Being alone with two clerks and many men inside and around the store, I didn’t feel like trying to get more information from her or speak to anyone on site would be the safest or best option at the time. I’m posting this review because I’m upset at the blatant attempt to short a hard-working young person who came in with a good attitude, and just needed some gas and a drink.

  Store is still closed after the opening time. It is 6:30am and some people need to get to work and only can pay with cash!

  I usually come to this gas station before or after work to gather a few items, and ROKO the CASHIER has been on a power trip lately. On my way going to work, I stopped by to get a few things and after I made my purchase he ACCUSED me of being drunk with NO PROOF WHATSOEVER!!! I obtain a very professional job and hold a serious position, certified by the state so, of, course I would be offended!!!! I didn’t understand what the whole deal was. Then he proceeds to tell me I’m banned from the gas station. The way he treated me is very unacceptable!!! The confusion is REAL! So I went to speak to the owner and told him the situation and he assured me I WAS NOT indeed banned. But ROKO has made it a mission to keep threatening to call the police on me, even tho the owner said I wasn’t banned. The last time I went back, he was yelling and cursing in front of children, multiple people saw and disagreed with his behavior, but he kept up. He yelled to everyone he was part owner and he can ban anyone he wants to ban. I go there quite often and I never ever ever have issues with any other cashier and he is the only one who has been singled out as the one who keeps banning people and it’s simply because of his own horrible behavior and poor customer service! Keep ROKO around and business will surely fail!!! He definitely needs to be fired! He’s stressing people who come there and spend money to keep them doors open and he shouldn’t be allowed to ban people without justification, police reports, or report incidents!

  The proprietor is one of the most kind people that I have encountered. He always acknowledges that he sees me which makes me feel safe at his establishment.

  Good fuel price in comparison to other nearby stations, paper towels available at the pump, window washing fluid full and washer/wiper in great condition.

  I was very displeased with the service I received today! I only came in for a cigarillo, and the cashier on duty Roko, was extremely rude. He asked me for my ID but I didn’t have my wallet, I walked out and walked back in with a scanned document on my phone with the front and the back of my ID clearly. He didn’t even look at my phone and told me “i can’t except that, I need a physical copy”. I was very surprised by this considering I’ve never heard it before, not even from another BP. When I asked him “why not, I’ve never heard of…” he interrupted me and asked me rudely “are you trying to tell me how to do my job?!” At that point I walked out and said it’s ridiculous that you won’t take the scanned ID being that my picture is on itWhen I came back in to ask him his name, he told me to get out, and that I was no longer welcome.I’ve never in all of my adult years experienced such rudeness from a BP employee.

  I walked an hour with my 10lb dog to grab some items. The man at the counter would not allow me to purchase anything because I was holding my dog. He was rude, unhelpful, and hard to understand with a mask and an accent. Won't be getting any more of my service.

  Employee was very rude about wearing a face mask even tho his "co worker" wasnt wearing anything.... If your gonna implement a rule there should be no exemptions
