The techs and Dr. Sabin are all great, caring, professional & caring. There are canine, feline and human treats! The waiting room is pleasant, has reading materials, is nicely as well as humorously decorated.

I take my two cats here and have been seeing them for over a year now. Such caring people who will ho out of their way to help you. Easy to schedule an appointment and very prompt results. They’re very transparent with pricing and I never feel pressured into any kind of extra services while there

We could get an appointment in two weeks, the clinic looks good, we were attended by two vets one of them very good and the other not so good, we asked her to apply a medication to our cat and she applied it wrong. They give you a 20% discount on your first appointment. They applied rabies vaccine, leukemia and did some studies to detect if she had leukemia. That was $190.

Love coming to visit Dr. Sabin and her wonderful office staff. Very attentive, thorough, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Highly recommend!! Dr. Sabin has been taking care of my dog for over 7 years including overseeing his general care, allergies, and dental cleanings. I have used them in urgent care situations and they always follow up to check in. You can trust in Bull City Vet!

I had the best experience here with my dog, Clemson. I called frantically with no primary vet since moving to Durham & they squeezed me in day of within a few hours. They helped us determine his diagnosis quickly alongside the emergency vet in Durham & have been amazing for his follow up care. Affordable visits & the staff is so kind & caring. I will be bringing all my pets here moving forward. Highly recommend!

Very nice and helpful staff; finding the office due to construction was awful, but staff came to the parking lot to greet me. Dr Sabin was thoughtful and thorough. I'll be getting my animal card from them going forward.

I had to adjust my original rating. I was not always a perfect customer. I had a couple issues making and rescheduling appts due to some things in my life. But I will say that I was treated extremely disrepectfully by one of the vets while expressing my concern and frustration on the phone. I have never had someone I was supposed to be trusting with my animals lash out at me like that. After that, I requested only one vey, but I should have stopped going. My dog was visiting there for 1 year- ONE YEAR-- for ongoing ear infection. Instead of referring me to another vet after 2 or 3 visits, they continued having me come. Wasting time, having me spend thousands of dollars, and worst of all, allowing my senior dog I adopted from a shelter continue to suffer with a bad, painful ear infection that he had for probably some time before I adopted him. One vet said she had mentioned that we should send him somewhere else if we could't treat it after 6 months or whatever it was, but I did not remember. I believe it was their moral responsibility to refer me as soon as they realized it was out of their league. Unfortunately, they didn't do that and the communication between the two female vets about him was apparently not happening. It is hard to get an appt with a vet of your choice and that causes issues with continuity of care when you dog has a chronic or severe issues. I paid a lot of money here to have my dog continue to suffer. He ended up getting treated at NC State where they were much more equipped to handle his issue. Unfortunately, he died not long after of other reasons. So, my boy suffered the entire time he was in the last stage of his life and finally in a good home/out of the shelter. I don't recommend this vet. Most supportive staff is very sweet with the exception of at least one woman. But between her and the vets, they will rob you of your money while they pretend to care about your pets. Save you money and your pet AND GO ELSEWHERE.

My fur baby and I are new to the practice over the past few months. We've had nothing but stellar experiences. They have been able to fit us in for appointments when we've been desperate. It's so clear that they love my fur baby almost as much as I do! There is coffee and a snack area in the lobby. The clinic is kept very clean. I don't hear yelps or barks in the background. They are easy to get in contact with wether it's via phone or email. They use an online portal system as well. I plan to continue with this vet for as long as I live here! :)
