I had the scariest experience at Burlington yesterday I was shopping looking at the body washes when I see with my peripheral vision and see this random boy eyeing me and at the stuff behind at the same time tryna not make it obvious as I could still see him having eye contact with me I was a bit uncomfortable anyways I didn’t mind at first as I’m minding my business i smell a atrocious smell coming from the same way the boy was and it’s a lady 5x times my size looking at me with the random boy eyeing me it was really weird and then they walked and came back at the same direction towards I was standing

One of the best stores to shop in the United States, with very good prices for brand name products, credit cards are accepted and the parking is large and sufficient, the hours are long, as soon as you leave as comfortable as possible and with time to see the entire store and make the best purchases at the best prices....

I really like to shop at Burlington . I drive almost an hour to make it here .when I got to the store I needed to use the restroom and first the person told me to wait because he was cleaning it. And after waiting Almost 10 minutes for it they told me only employees can use it. I’ll go do my shopping somewhere else .

Okay selection and good prices but checkout takes an incredibly long time. On a Sunday afternoon, more than 2 registers should be open. Maybe next time I make the drive to Target instead.

Good items to buy but like others extremely slow checkout process and li g line. I think they only had 1 or 2 people working checkout and the line was out their line stands.

The sign and online said it closed at 11:30 but when I got there at 11:00 it was closed. Please update your times online and the store sign if you’re going to close early.

It's not common for me to come to this Burlington, I always go to the other one in Durham. Before I started looking for some things I needed, I needed to use the bathroom. I went to where the bathrooms were and a lady who works at this Burlington was coming out of the break room. I asked her respectfully, "Would you mind opening the bathroom for me, please?" She told me no, she told me that she was leaving and that she couldn't, the only thing I could do was say "ok." Being 5 steps away from the bathroom she decided to be unprofessional. If that wasn't enough, the lines to pay will ALWAYS be a problem, you ALWAYS have to wait 30 to an hour to pay (if you're lucky this may not be your case). I would recommend that you make your employees watch the videos again (the ones they saw when they were hired), maybe this way they can remember how to be professional.

Inconsistent hours, employees are extremely hostile. I'm not sure how this place is still open. Funny how there's dozens of 1 stars, with a response from the company about a vague solution they'll eventually implement. Don't hold your breath for the canned response.
