They are severely understaffed, and it is not just today. It's been the same the last time I came here as well. Be prepared to spend a solid couple hours if you come here to shop. There is literally just 1 fitting room, always queued up. If you are lucky, there'll be 2 people at the check-out counters, which is again always queued up. They will refuse to open the restroom, keeping it locked. Service is absolutely pathetic. Came here twice, will NOT be coming here a third time.

The quality of the staff at this Burlington Coat Factory is appalling low. I went there and bought 2 items which went smoothly for the most part though the checkout wait was long. Only had 2 cashiers working. After the male cashier checked me out I told him I had to return 1 item from a seperate purchase and it's sad to say I've never seen someone more confused as to what I was doing or wanted. 1st he told me I could just go get another item. The I told him again I wanted to return it and he proceeded to ask the other cashier that I wanted a return and he basically told her oh well he has a return because he got the wrong size. She basically said okay so go ahead and do it. Then after he processed the return it needed some kind of override so he asked her for help and she gave him the help, but I've never seen a cashier so clueless about returning 1 item. An embarrassment to the store. And then there was the loss prevention guy at the front clothing rack who was utterly useless as well. He was leaning on a rack of clothes on his phone when I walked in. When I left he was still there and loudly said please take our survey, like I don't think you really want me too because it would be horrible.

This place is great, so many great deals, and really nice clothes. Line was long and took almost an hour to get through. Once we did, one of the employees was disrespectful and rude.

We went shopping and there were only 2 cashiers and one of them was just talking to another lady. She didn't care that there were more people waiting, there was a long line and she might talk.

First, customer service sucks. When you hear a cashier tell a customer if I had customers I wouldn't be able to open the bathroom or you should go to walmart. When a cashier tells you I don't have change, say do you anything besides 100 dollar bill and then give you suggestions as to what she can do. The problem I have is you telling me what I need to give you and you are not going to the manager asking for change but rather tell me but the other part is she felt ok for me not buying over $50 dollars of merchandise.

While they have some good stuff sometimes but be prepared to spend maybe an hour to get the stuff billed. Saw so many customers dropping the stuff and exiting in frustration due to the long line. They have to hire more people, specially in the billing section if they don’t wanna lose customers.

Won't be coming back here anytime soon. Only one cashier on a Sunday afternoon. Been waiting in line for nearly an hour. Burlington needs to pay their cashiers better. They also need to find a better way to manage security, It takes too long for the cashier to process one item because its so hard to remove the security tag from it. The average time to check out one customer is 5 to 10 minutes.
