Nice instructors, welcoming atmosphere. However, I felt the classes were not beginner friendly as advertised. My 2nd class, they had us doing box jumps ?The instructors were more than willing to offer modifications if needed, but I still found it extremely difficult..especially being only a few months postpartumThey do "partner days", which I personally did not enjoy because my partner & I were on different levels of fitness. It was hard for me to keep up with her. It didn't help my confidence eitherIn short- it wasn't for me.

Clean, organized space. Very friendly, attentive & motivating staff. Great sense of community. Obsessed with the music. Every class kicks your butt in the best way possible.

I love this gym because not only do you get in a good workout, but there’s a great sense of community. Everyone is so encouraging, and I love how even within a group setting the trainers will take time with you 1:1 throughout. The trainers take very good care of you, and I was even able to workout with an injury because they would modify the workouts for me. This is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to!!

Absolutely love this place...it's truly become more than just a gym, and has allowed me to meet some of the greatest people, and grow in my physical and mental strength. You can always count on smiles and encouragement, along with challenges from other members and trainers alike. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

I started going to Burn Boot Camp South Durham, because I knew I needed to workout, but was not going to do it unless I had guidance. I liked the one-on-one training in a group setting aspect. The trainer would take the time to help with my form, but wasn't focused on me the whole time, which I appreciate. I began to feel better and stronger which I expected, what I did not expect to find are life long friends and looking forward to going to the gym everyday for my mental and physical health. I truly do not know what I where I would be without this wonderful gym and the wonderful people that make up this gym.

I love SoDu Burn Bootcamp! My favorite trainers are Anneli and Megan O. They are encouraging and help me reach my fitness goals. They also ensure that I am using proper form during the workouts. I never get bored because the workouts are always different and prepped by the trainers. The community is so supportive and you really can't beat it! So thankful that I found them!

Burn Bootcamp South Durham is one awesome gym! I started going in December 2018 when I realized I was at my heaviest weight in my life. What I discovered was not only a place where I could exercise and work on my health but a place where I could laugh, be myself and have fun! Now I don’t know what I would do without Burn Bootcamp South Durham in my life. I’ve made friends, gotten stronger, and healthier. While it is great to lose some pounds, what I’ve gained a new appreciation for my body and the best way to keep it running for the long term. All of this from our incredible trainers and staff. You will not regret checking out Burn Bootcamp South Durham!

I had high hopes. I really did. What bothered me about this boot camp was the lack of instruction and supervision within this class. Some of these exercises were difficult even for young healthy people. I felt as though the instructor wasnt paying attention to the ability of the participants and really wasnt providing any instruction regarding safety or properly executing said exercises. I know it isnt a babysitting type class. However, more instruction and supervision wouldve been helpful for a newcomer. Just my opinion. It was a clean facility and everyone was friendly otherwise.

This is my second time trying to Burn Boot Camp. Everyone is friendly motivational willing to modify the exercises to meet your needs I’ll recommend anybody to try one of the promotion see what works best for you.

I’ve been a member of Burn Boot Camp at the South Durham location for about 4 years now. I start my day there every morning, and I wouldn’t want it any other way. I’ve belonged to other gyms in the past, but Burn is different. The workouts never repeat, so there’s no getting bored. The trainers are really phenomenal at meeting you where you are on your fitness journey and encouraging you on toward whatever your goals may be. And the community is so supportive. It’s women empowering women (and some men, too), without a whiff of competition or one-up-man-ship. Such a special place!

Burn SoDu has changed my life. It’s helped me physically, mentally and emotionally, ESPECIALLY during a pandemic. Every workout is different and fun, both from the actual protocol and people perspectives. I’ve made some of my very best friends from Burn, and in my 30s! Our trainers are absolutely top notch - knowledgeable, kind, approachable and with some amazing personalities. Thank you SoDu for all that you’ve done for me and our community!!
