Mark at Caliber Collision was so helpful, he advised me well on potential options for repair and even put in a temporary fix free of charge just to get me driving. 10/10 would recommend going to them for anything car repair related.

Caliber did an awesome job replacing my bumper and the integrated front parking sensors after a recent accident. They were super quick and everything was completed correctly the first time. Both the inside and the outside of my car came back to me cleaner than it was when I brought it in.

Chris at Caliber Collision was so helpful in repairing and touching up a dented door to our 2007 Honda Civic. Easy to work with, helped us navigate an affordable option and was so helpful! Door is working great now and paint damage is touched up. Appreciated his way of doing business and highly recommend!

I got great care and customer service at the Iredell street location. The staff were very kind and professional. They seemed genuinely concerned with my time and assisting me with the rental care process. I arrived after their closing time to pick up my car and Mark happily let me pick it up. I left something in the rental car and Chris and Iesha kindly assisted me with getting it before the car was returned to the agency . It was a great experience and I highly recommend this location.

Chris is awesome—totally trustworthy and reliable. I'm usually skeptical about mechanics because of bad past experiences with overcharging and unnecessary repairs. BMW Raleigh gave me a sky-high quote and pointed out issues that didn’t even make sense. Chris was a breath of fresh air—honest, super knowledgeable, and actually took the time to explain things. His quote was way more reasonable too. If you’re looking for someone you can trust, I highly recommend him!

I have been totally satisfied with two repairs that Caliber Collision has made to my Toyota Avalon. Both times they were easy to deal with and the car was restored to factory appearance and function. I highly recommend the Caliber Collision shop on Iredell in Durham NC.
