Wow, the work was quick and excellently done. I had gone to many shops to get this same work done, and I was told it would take hours, and even with that, they had to drill into the car, which would cost me dearly. I got to this shop and was politely welcomed; the workers were friendly and understanding despite the pressure I gave them. Within a few minutes, all hands were on deck, and to my surprise, I got the work done with no fee actually.I am very grateful for the customer service, the timely way of doing this, and your price list was also affordable

Good communication throughout the whole process. Even if the work was delayed due to a supplier issue I was still fully aware of the situation thanks to kind employees who kept the communication going and answered my questions.Thanks again!So far I am very happy with the repair job!

Unfortunately, I had to revisit Caliber 2 weeks after the return of my vehicle as my car was stolen and vandalized again. Caliber, as the first time, did not disappoint. They were fast and efficient and kept me updated the whole time. Well done Caliber and thank you.
