I want to thank Greg at Caliber Collision for his excellent customer service today.
I brought our Toyota Corolla Cross in for an estimate after it sustained minor damage to the passenger side door as my wife and I travelled through a snowstorm. Ice accumulated behind the front tire, apparently causing the damage. The damage was just enough to make the door grate against the fender when we opened or closed it. An initial estimate from another company suggested that upwards of $2,500.00 would be needed to fix the minor issue. I told Greg I just wanted to open and close the door without it hitting the fender, and that we could live with the small area where the paint had been chipped.
Not only did Greg understand my request, he corrected the problem on the spot. Thank you, Greg and Caliber Collision!

They (Caliber Collision) did great job from start to finish... My car looked better than it did went I brought it certified pre owned from the manufacturer. They should just make cars if they're fixing everyone else's stuff this well. Brittany checked my car in and explained the process real smooth, then Greg came thru with the repair. They updated me throughout the course of the repair also. Very nice. Very stress free lol I don't want another accident but if it occurs I'm taking my car here

I had a great experience here! Even though there were a few issues that caused a short delay in returning my SUV, I was informed every step of the way. Tyler was great to work with, kind and did an amazing job. The front end of my Expedition looks amazing! I would definitely come to this Caliber and recommend it to anyone looking.
