I visited Carmedix late in the day knowing they might not be able to work me in. That did turn out to be the case, but after I mentioned I was from out of town and worried about driving all the way back home with my car acting up, the manager was kind enough to take a quick look. He reassured me I would be fine to get back to my home town, and then he gave me instructions on how to find the right specialist for the work my car needed. Thank you, Carmedix, for putting people first!

This place has always been my go to for anything that has to do with my vehicle. These guys are always very welcoming and informative. They do a very thorough inspection of my car EVERY time I visit. I come here for every oil change, tire rotation, etc. each time I book an appointment I have an update on the appointment approval that same day. 5 star everything! I took my older GMC Yukon to Carmedix to have multiple issues repaired. They did the brakes, valve cover, oil pan and rear main seal gaskets. They discovered several other small oil leaks and repaired those also. Their pricing was fair. The truck, which was my deceased father’s and means a lot to me, is now mechanically like new and drives amazing. Special thanks to Jeff Carter, who managed the process from start to finish. His communication and integrity were exceptional throughout. I would trust this company to do anything auto related for myself and my family.Services: General repairs & maintenance

For this being my first time experiencing. It was FANTASTIC. David at the front desk, was kind and friendly. Explained everything to me and made sure I understood. No tricks, no pressure. The other employees, were also just as friendly and kind. It really does make a difference, especially when you’re waiting for something we all hating waiting for (our car appointments). Lol! The text with the vehicle information was also a huge plus. To receive pictures and prices of what I need to work on. Again no pressure. I certainly will be back. ???Services: Tire rotations

I recently moved back to NC from MD so I was nervous about having my first auto care visit since my move. I was pleasantly surprised with the efficiency and thoroughness of my courtesy inspection. Although I was hoping the visit would only cost me an oil change, I truly felt like I was in good hands when it came to my visit to Carmedix. Definitely would recommend them for anyone looking for a regular auto shop.

My experience with Carmedix was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly, timely and the quote was reasonable for changing the thermostat in my Acadia Denali. They never made me feel that they were taking advantage or did I feel that they were mansplaining for being a woman. Excellent service will come back if needed.

I have always had an excellent experience at Carmedix. They are very friendly and communicative and I always appreciate the detailed estimates and findings on inspections. Have always been able to get the services I need completed in a timely manner as well. Would definitely recommend!

I had a great experience at Carmelita. I came to get my vehicle inspected and emissions testing. Things I was not used to and I believe the man's name was Jeff I could be wrong. He helped me and we even shared a small conversation about my corolla which I look forward to bringing in soon. Thank you carmedix I appreciate everything.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. All I can say for my experience with Carmedix is that they were great! Very knowledgeable, friendly with a fair price for fixing my thermostat in my Acadia Denali. They were timely, communicative and I never once felt that they were taking advantage or "mansplaining" for being a woman. I recommend them 100% and will come back if needed.

I’m new to the area and needed an oil change and my tires rotated. I located this place and was pleasantly impressed with the service and professionalism I received. They provided me with a list of items that needed attention from minor to urgent, including pictures and prices. There was no pressure from the staff or service team and the pricing is very fair. I will definitely bring my vehicle in for the items that need attention. I highly recommend this establishment for your vehicle needs.Services: Tires

Aaron was very helpful and understanding. My car had many issues and the mechanics there not only helped identify and prioritize it, but also to offer complimentary fixes they didn’t have to do! My car runs on new juice now and I’m sure in their honest work.Also, it was my first experience with a free ride to and from the shop!Services: Steering & suspension repair

Carmedix was recommended to me by my parents' trusted mechanic up in Maryland. I had been going to the Toyota dealership previously to get all my oil changes done because I have a very old Toyota, but I felt I had been taken advantage of there tremendously. Carmedix has taken the time to explain any issues with my car in an honest and non-catastrophic way that I can actually understand with my limited knowledge.

Mannerable but horrible service. My car had more issues when picked up than before I dropped it off..never again. I'm trying to get my money back. I should have done the research.They talk a good game...but don't do it
