I switched to Central Pharmacy when another drug store decided to retire. I hope Central Pharmacy doesn’t decide to retire or close any time soon. They are very efficient, friendly and professional. I can’t praise them enough. They are much better than ANY big pharmacy. Keep up the high standards.

The store does not order my medication because of what it is. The people treat you a different way if you take certain medicines. And they simply are not doing their job?

I've been using this pharmacy for many years and tell everyone I can to go here instead of the nightmare large chain pharmacies. The staff are so nice and remember all of their customers. They are great about problem solving and communicating. Never a long wait and they have an easy to use website for refills. They even deliver if you can't get out of the house. If you want great customer service, this is definitely the place to give your business to!

I have been a customer of Central Compounding Pharmacy for just a short time, but I have been extremely pleased with their service, especially their staff. Recently I had a problem getting a prescription renewed by my doctor. The staff at the pharmacy contacted the doctor several times on my behalf and kept me updated each time. They were sympathetic, friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this pharmacy, especially if you need a difficult-to-fill prescription.

I use this pharmacy to fill prescription for my cat. They are able to make the prescription so I can give it to him without a capsule and melts immediately. Without this prescription he would of passed long ago. They are truly a life saver.

My children needed a medicine that NOT one chain pharmacy had....in at least a 50 mile radius. Central did, and they quickly filled it for me AND delivered. So grateful, what a gem to find!

BEWARE filling compounding prescriptions here. This location does not do compounding (despite saying they do multiple times by staff/website) and will never actually fill your prescription. They'll just lie to you over and over and over by phone and at the north durham location if you drop in.After two physical visits to the site, 5 phone calls (where i repeated information I already told them to multiple people), and flat out lying to me multiple times saying my prescription was ready and at their site when it was not (i would literally call them, they'd confirm it was there, and then i'd show up and they'd say it was not), after 3 weeks i never got my prescription and i just now got a call saying they "need my billing information" to even START to compound my prescription despite me giving it to them over the phone twice and despite them telling me 3 times it was done and on site.The real kicker? They ship, and not once in any polite interaction did they just tell me they could ship it from their actual real compounding site. It's so dangerous to receive your prescription this late, and especially to be lied to about when it will be ready. I'm lucky i don't get insulin from them.I ended up filling my prescription and receiving it from Wellness Compounding in Cary with 1 phone call and a $5 shipping fee. SO MUCH EASIER. Never dealing with this place again, go with Wellness Compounding in Cary instead.

I discovered Central Pharmacy when I was looking for a vaccine. I sent a text through their website and didn’t expect to hear anything back, but I received quick response and was put on a waitlist right away and was able to snag an appointment that was open. The process was seamless and the staff is so nice, such a different experience than any other pharmacy I’ve been to. I live about 40 minutes away but if I ever need a vaccine or any kind of specialized pharmacy advice this is definitely where I will come.

Got our vaccine here, they offer Moderna and J&J. Wonderful staff, easy paperwork, and wonderful staff just to reiterate that!!!! Can’t go wrong with this place, I’m glad we were able to find out about them!!!! Thank you very much Centra Pharmacy!!!!
