Always loved Cheesecake factory and went there for my daughter’s birthday. Food was good as usual. But experience was spoiled by mediocre service.Restaurant was not busy at all due to Easter but my server was delayed by 20 mnts after we were seated. Another server gave water which was not re-filled during entire 1.5 hrs of dining. My server(Z) seems very busy and came after 20 mnts in between each appetizers and main course. Always had to lookout for her and she had unnecessary attitude.Then she gave the bill and then disappeared again. After 14 mnts, Had to walk to other servers to checkout. Still Gave 10% gratuity for mediocre service and she had audacity to come out of restaurant asking why I gave only that much.I always pay 18-20% as standard for good service in all places. I expect better than that from one of my favorite chain restaurant.

Waited a hour to be seated which is expected. Food was horrible no flavor mac and cheese was watery. The jambalaya my son got was cold and the noodles were clumped together and not good. Last time We had cheesecake Factory was the Raleigh location and it was delicious. The table service was also not very good had to wait 10 or more min just for a refill, had to ask for napkins. And everytime the waiter would say I will be right back we knew better cause she never returned. Just very disappointed to spend $169.00 and leave so unsatisfied.

We first ate at a Cheesecake Factory forty years ago when we lived in California. The food is just as delicious as ever and our server tonight was great. We especially like the Skinnylicious menu. It is hard to believe that everything is under 600 calories. I especially like the Tuscan chicken and my spouse likes the grilled salmon. If you think everything at the Cheesecake Factory is loaded with calories, give the Skinnylicious Menu a try.

made reservations, were sat immediately, that part was great! the first server we had got us drinks, took our order and then we never saw him again. got our food maybe 45-50 mins in, not super quick but not a huge deal and suddenly a new server showed up after that. this server was better, i was finally able to get a drink refill. we never did get any bread. not sure if they just dont do bread anymore or what, but i've always received bread at the beginning of my meal at cheesecake factory in the past. aside from all of that, i have one BIG COMPLAINT - the music was SOOOOOO LOUD it was unbearable. i couldn't even talk to other guests at my table because it was impossible to hear each other over it. the whole point of going to a restaurant with ppl is to spend time with them and talk to them and we couldn't do that. i asked the 2nd server if it was possible to turn it down and he said they would turn it down a little but it didn't really seem like much of a change to me. i will not be returning for dine-in service again and will stick to takeout cheesecake only. such a shame, as the point of this outing was to celebrate my brother and i's birthdays and it wasn't an enjoyable experience.

Empty tables everywhere and the server was rude to Mother. Unacceptable! This location did not live up to the high expectations of The Cheesecake Factory’s Standards. Went to a different place due to the rude server!

The prices are crazy expensive. But for the last two years, this has been a part of my daughter's birthday wish list, birthday chocolate mouse cheesecake. So, I've paid over $60 for a 10 inch cheesecake. I was going to get a single slice of something that wasn't chocolate, but it was $10-12 a slice. Next year, I'll have learned to make the copycat recipe online. The cheesecake was good from what I was told (I gave up chocolate for Lent) & the 3 different people that I spoke with had awesome customer service skills!!! I hope their paychecks reflect the price of their cheesecake!

I spent $50 at the bar to then collect the bday cheesecake that I was refused because my phone number was not on the profile. Yet, my ID is mine. It's an email on my phone sent by corporate and waddaya know my ID shows today as my bday.5 stars for bartender.Thanks for nothing corporate.

The fried zucchini was burnt, and I had to send it back . The rice for the entree was not cooked. I had to send it back . Waiter never contacted Manager SMH .

This last experience I had was just very bad, I did reservations my table was not ready me and the family had to wait for 20 plus minutes to be seated and as we are waiting, I counted 3 different parties be seated, Mean while, we had reservations, than it gets worse, we finally get seated, Our waiter was horrible we set without refills and empty cups numerous times, I had wave him down to get him to give us refills and he would literally walk by us and not refill the cups seeing they are empty, asked for more bread never got that, asked for napkins never got that, asked for butter never got that, than when out meals finally came, my meal was not made correctly I barely hade any shrimp, chicken and broth for my gumbo the portion looked like it was a half portion of someone else plate that was already eaten. So, because my waiter was no where to be seen, I had to wave a different waiter down to express my dissatisfaction, she had a manager come to the table and I explained to him and showed him my gumbo , he said he was going to have the kitchen make me another, I waited and waited and waited, no gumbo came out 40 min go by and I told the waiter just forget about it and I was going to pay for my check (the other food) and leave because my other family member had already finished eating and I was still waiting my gumbo that NEVER came out. No one came back to check on the table and ask what the problem was it was as if they did not care, I left hungry basically. So next called to speak to a manager in a couple days about my visit the lady manager I spoke with apologized and said she will speak to the waiter and staff and offered to send me a gift card, she took my name and tried to put in my gift card request and told me she had a problem doing it, cause a message comes up to send any of my concerns to corporate, She said she sent it to corperate and they will contact me to provide my gift card and resolve my issue and she apologized that she could not resolve it for me immediately. Corporate never called, I have to this day called corporate myself and left 3 messages and also send a message on line and no one has yet to send me a gift card or contact me about my horrible experience. I do not understand why if a local store could of handled my problem why it required for my complaint to be send to corporate who has basically ignored me and not returned any calls or messages. This is very unprofessional and whoever that handles guest services is not doing there jobs they need to be very careful who they hire at these corporate jobs because a customer concerns should never be ignored and not contacted back, I hope someone high up reads this message and coach the guest services team on how to respond in timely manner to complaints and concerns. It been going on two weeks and I have yet to receive any resolution from my horrible experience.

Visited this restaurant over the weekend for our anniversary. Entree’s had no taste which is unacceptable for 20 dollars a plate. The service was excellent, our server was attentive and paid attention to detail. The cheesecake was phenomenal.

Door dash orders are extremely slow this store is ghetto and needs a new crew the lady who packs the food walks right pass you and hold conversation with other employees food is COLD
