My son started in the infant classroom in June 2020. His stay was brief because of life events. Two months before my son turned three, the conversation of where he would go to daycare came up and I immediately knew I would bring him back to this school. Especially since Ms. Yvonne was still there. My son has now been at this school since March and he absolutely loves it. He is so excited to go to school every morning to see his friends and his teachers. Shoutout to Ms. Ashley, Ms. Tekella, and Ms. Tonya for their dedication to not only my son but every child in the 2/3 classroom. The staff is absolutely amazing. Whenever I walk in the building, I’m greeted by smiles and hellos from Mr. Chevar, Ms. Jarren, Ms. Yanique, Ms. Adrienne, Ms. Danasia, Ms, Marlene, and Ms. Haviland, just to name a few. As a parent, I’m grateful that I have a place for my son to learn, grow, and to be safe each day.

My daughter has been attending this location since 2021, since my wife had to return to work and my daughter needed some place that would oversee her virtual learning. Ms. Yvonne was so warm, and inviting to my family and I and was able to accommodate us with ease. When it was time for our daughter to return back to the classroom, Ms. Yvonne made our transition a smooth one. When our daughter returned for Summer Camp the same year, she welcomed us back with open arms. Ms. Yvonne has a way of making us feel at ease about our daughter as she can be quite shy and somewhat apprehensive, but since being at CNI #166, we have thoroughly enjoyed our experience. Ms. Yvonne works tirelessly day in and day out to make sure that our family and all the other families are well taken care of. We ALWAYS wonder if she EVER has a bad day, because it’s NEVER displayed to us, she’s committed to her families and her staff and she is TRULY the epitome of hard work AND resilience, we LOVE CNI#166 AND Ms. Yvonne.

I have had my niece and my nephew for a little over a year now. I am a single father now and the experience is all new being that I don’t have any biological children. To say this journey has been a roller coasters ride would be a massive understatement. The staff at Childcare Network have been essential to my childrens growth as well as my own as a parent. They have gone above and beyond for my children and we are so grateful for them. Nothing is perfect in life however these ladies have juggled all of the imperfections with Grace, Class, Patience and Love. My kids LOVE them and so do I. Thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart.Ms YvonneMs JamecaMs CourtneyMs AdrianMs AshleyMs HavillandThank you. You all have been a blessing to my family. ❤️

I am SO thankful for this school and all of the awesome teachers who work here!! My daughter loves her school and her teachers! They are always so patient and willing to hear me out when I have 100 questions for them! Without the wrap around program I don’t know how I would have made it all work, and I am so thankful that they are always willing to help when they can and always so understanding! It feels like every teacher in the building knows my child and she loves them all!

I wrote this 2 months ago but it must have been removed. Yet the problems still continue. - My grandchildren attend the Childcare Network in Durham. The staff is wonderful and caring and the children absolutely love their teachers, but the daycare is unreliable. For the past several months they do not have enough staff to cover all the children so parents are emailed the night before or even the morning of to tell them what the ratio will be. This forces the parents to have their children there hoping to get a spot when the doors open. Many are lined up in the parking lot hoping to get a spot when the doors open at 6:30am. If you are not one of the first to get your child in, you are turned away. There are many promises of new hires to fix the staffing problem, but the issue never seems to be resolved. The building itself has many issues and during the summer the air conditioning went out for some rooms and parents were called to come get their children early when the room got too hot. Recently they had the same type of issue with the heat and several of the rooms had to close for over a week. A daycare needs to be a place where the parents who have contracted with them can depend on them. This lack of reliability is a nightmare.

UPDATE 2023: We have been going here for over 5 years now and still love the staff. Ms. Yvonne is great. She truly cares. The school, like so many others have gone through staffing issues but Ms. Yvonne has been working consistently to get the RIGHT staff in. There are so many good people we deal with on a regular basis. My boys still love it here.We are so glad we found the Woodcroft Childcare Network. We love it. We have been attending here for about 6 months now and can not say enough good things about the management and the teachers. They absolutely love our son. It is very nice to know that even teachers that are not his know his name. We highly recommend this daycare. We have had the pleasure of having Ms. Taty and Ms. Danielle as our infant 1 and 2 teachers and our son LOVES them.

Absolutely love this school!! My son started going here when he was 3 months old and now he’s 5 years old and graduating from the school next month!! The staff has always been so loving and supportive, they feel like family. Sad my son will be leaving soon but excited for my new baby to start going in the next few months. Their app is great and allows me to see what’s been going on in the class that day, and it includes pictures of my son that his teachers take daily. The school has been so pivotal in his development, from a strong educational foundation, to even being involved in potty training.

My son has gone here since he was 6 weeks old and he is now almost 3. This was a great choice! The staff is always so nice and helpful. The directors have given it their all and still have a smile on their face. My son loves it here and so do I.Also, the tuition fee is very good compared to other schools in the area. Ñ

I was so worried about my daughter starting Daycare, but I made the BEST decision choosing CCN on Woodcroft. The Director Ms. Yvonne and Assistant Director Ms. Danielle are amazing and so are their staff. My baby has such a good time there, and sometimes cries when we pick her up! Take it from a mom who is crazy about her kids! This is a great caring place with wonderful people. Your baby is in good hands!

I absolutely love and adore this center. Both of my boys go here, from the first step in the door until the time they walk out to go home they are loved on, learning and growing. The know mine and my husbands name, my boys name and my daughter who doesn’t even attend the school name. The understanding, value of growth, genuineness and quality of care that I feel each and every time my family and I walk through the door is unmeasurable. Knowing that my boys are in a safe, quality and creative educational environment provides a peace for me as a parent that is indescribable. My boys are excited to go to school to play, learn and grow everyday. They are literally SO excited about school that they run to class everyday, after touching all of the learning tools that are on the walls as the walk to class. I am so grateful and thankful for the outstanding staff and teachers that makes this center so phenomenally great.

I love the staff. I have 4 kids and my fourth is the one attending this center I never had any if my kid in a daycare center so I was very nervous to put my baby my 6 month old baby in a daycare center he had a rough first day which made me very sad but the staff was amazing talking to me and putting my mind at ease telling me that he just needs to adjust. He's been there for almost a month now and he is loving it, his teacher is Ms. Vaughn who I love she is the nicest person she is so sweet very helpfully very understanding she is patient and loves the kids and the activities that she does with the babies are amazing I have a picture of my son doing arts and crafts and he is not even a year old. I have no doubt in my mind that when I am at work my son is in good hands. Everyone there is very nice and you can tell they love what the do iam so happy that i found a place where I know that my son is being well taken care of.

Awesome Daycare! My 2 and half month old child attends this daycare. At first we were uneasy about choosing a daycare and have visited numerous daycare centers in the Durham-Chapel hill area. Childcare Network was the last one we visited and immediately fell in love with their welcoming environment. Staff is always happy and friendly, treats my baby as if I would at home. I would definitely recommend this daycare if you're looking to enroll your child or are on the fence.

My daughter has been going to this center since August, with public school starting I was really in need of a center close by, with early hours and a reasonable pricing. I found Childcare Network 166 quaintly tucked away in its Woodcfroft area. My daughter immediately enjoyed going to her "new school". She loves her teachers Ms. Jarri and Mrs. Che, she often comes home singing new songs or sharing what she has learned. I've had the opportunity to sit in on her class and you can see and feel how her teachers genuinely care for the children in their classroom. The admin staff is very friendly and welcoming, Ms. Moneeka always greets with a smile. I would highly recommend this center, they are living up to their motto as "The Working Parents Best Friend"!
