I visited this place for the first time this afternoon to get my ears pierced. When I first arrived, she welcomed me warmly and answered all of my questions kindly and in detail. When I mentioned that my earlobes were uneven, she carefully redrew the dots each time and asked if I was okay with the placement. It didn’t hurt at all, and she was incredibly gentle and kind! I’d love to come back in six weeks to buy earrings. My ears are a little sore right now, but that’s completely normal after getting them pierced. I highly recommend this place! 💗💗💗💗

All 5 stars for Ciara!! I was SO IMPRESSED! Evidently the second person working the shift with her today called in sick and she was left to handle it all. She had a line for piercings and a checkout/return line. She was so present and kind to each customer and exhibited remarkable patience. Her energy kept everyone calm while they waited their turn. I hope her manager reads this. Claire's at Streets at Southpoint is very lucky to have Ciara on its team.

The guy working was on the phone with someone complaining about working there and then went to the back behind closed doors. 6 people standing in line waiting. I called the store to get someone and he came out and said “y’all need to wait”, then went to the back. Two other people knocked on the back door and he finally came out. When my wife asked his name, he ignored her and helped someone else. Absolutely disgusting behavior.

We had a fantastic experience with Ciara (hope i spell her name right) this past weekend when we brought our daughter in for a piercing. As parents, we were quite anxious about the alignment, but Ciara was incredibly patient and guided us through the entire process with care. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome and truly appreciate all her help. Thanks, Ciara!

Ray Lawson at Claire's piercing at Southpoint is a gem! They are lucky to have him. We were the first customers and he welcomed us cheerfully and did a great job. He had many customers and handled everyone with grace and aplomb.

Thank you so much to JaQuila and Aswanta (I pray I spelled everyone’s names correctly) for being caring, patient, and having professionalism with my daughter today. My daughter was very nervous to get her ear’s pierced for the first time. She sat in the share and needed to be coached as she felt overwhelmed last minute. Please note this was solely her idea to get her ears pierced and talked about it for days on end. As excited as she was to get her ears pierced, anxiety kicked in when it was her turn to sit down. It took about 15-20 mins to get pierced as she just sat in the chair a bit frightened. Oh we came on a Saturday around lunch as well. Not once did they have attitude, or judge us. There was also a nice line behind us. The customer behind us happened to be a physician proudly rooted us on! There’s a reason why the SouthPoint Mall location has the best reviews out of all the local Claire’s locations. Thank you! Will come again!

Please never go to Claire's. Most of them use piercing guns which are insanely unsafe and rarely cleaned. Or go. Doesn't matter. Just stay safe.

Horrible customer service today from the associate wearing a green top and on the taller side , black hair she said it was “ her store” she was completely rude to me and my kids no interest in helping us and didn’t seem to want to do her job and made us completely uncomfortable. Not sure of her name but she worked Saturday November 25 at around 2 pm today , had on a green outfit can remember shirt or dress. But she needs to be fired I observed her behavior with other customers and she’s extremely unfriendly

Fun place (Southpoint Mall). Went there to get my Free earrings and other goodies. The manager Ninja was lovely and friendly. She definitely deserves a big raise! The customer servic experience was great and I look forward to coming back there again. ???
