While the overall experience is positive, there have been some instances of subpar customer service, such as rude behavior from employees in the women's restroom. However, these seem to be isolated incidents, as the majority of customers report a pleasant and satisfying shopping experience at Costco.
Great costco location. Usually busy but checkput moves efficiently. Needs more handicapped parking due to otherwise tight parking spaces.

Good store. Pokemon cards are hard to come by; but they are everywhere. Staff is good, selection always good as well. Never any parking tho in handicapped but what else is new in RDU
