We recently had our hardwood floors refinished by Creative Flooring Solutions, and we are very pleased with the results. From the initial conversations with Jason all they way through finishing the job, the team was professional and answered all the questions we had along the way. They let us know what to expect and how long the process would take.
Once the work started, Bobby and Raul kept us updated on the process throughout each day. We had some questions during the process, and there were a few small decisions to be made, and they took the time to make sure we were all on the same page.
Our floors look brand new again, even though they are about 40 years old. There were problems that had occurred with a few of the boards over that time, and they were replaced by the team. You can’t even tell which are the new boards. They also put down new shoe molding throughout the area, and it matches the floors perfectly.
We highly recommend Creative Flooring Solutions to anyone who needs their floors refinished.

Jason and his team were amazing to work with to replace our floors! We had a huge project replacing all of the floors in our house and his team was incredible. They worked hard everyday and made sure the floors looked perfect. We couldn't be happier with our choice to use Creative Flooring Solutions to replace our floors!

I am so grateful to Jason and Creative Flooring Solutions! When I started the process of replacing my carpet with wood floors, it became clear to me that I knew nothing about flooring. When I went to floor showrooms I felt either pressured to make an uninformed decision and buy or left to my own devices. Jason walked me through every step of the way and allowed me to take my time in making a decision. He listened to my concerns and priorities and provided honest advice based on my goals. It was a months long process! But he never became impatient. Once I finally made my decision, his working crew did a fantastic job and were very respectful and tidy. They kept dust to a minimum and put down paper so as to not bring in dirt from outside onto the floor. I am SO happy with my wood floors and with Jason and Creative Flooring Solutions. I would recommend him to anyone redoing their floors.

i'm so happy with the work creative flooring solutions did putting in lvp at my home. it was somewhat complicated with different level floors and jason's quote was the most thorough of all the ones i got. he helped me pick a great quality lvp and was able to start work in pretty short order. there is nothing they need to come back and do. the team was down a member but it didn't slow them down and they didn't rush the job. the communication was good and the work was high quality. no subcontrators here and that sure makes a difference. i'd certainly recommend them to anyone..and have already.

I am so appreciative of the skill and care demonstrated by each of the Creative Flooring Solutions craftsman who were involved in repairing our hardwood floors. A leak caused moderate water damage to my hardwood floors. I requested a proposal via the Creative Flooring Solutions web site and received timely follow up. Soon thereafter, Jason, the owner, was on-site who assessed the damage and patiently educated me on what would be required to restore the floors to original condition. He followed up with a detailed, line-item estimate. Once authorized, he and the team of specialists he dispatched were very communicative about scheduling and what to expect as the work progressed. When finished, they had done exactly what was described by Jason and detailed in the estimate. The floor was restored to original condition. One could not ask much more than what Creative Flooring Solutions delivers.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I had a wonderful experience with Creative Flooring Solutions. Jason came over to provide a quote and was so thorough in his explanation. We talked through multiple options and he helped me pick out the flooring that would be best. About a week before the flooring was to start, I had to reschedule due to a delay in other parts of our renovation project. CFS was so flexible and helped come up with a new plan that would minimize any future delays. The team of Oso, Joan, and Doug were friendly, explained everything they were doing in detail, and did exceptional work.
My wife and I are so happy with the new flooring. Creative Flooring Solutions was upfront, informative, and honest about every part of the process. The price came out cheaper than the national chain quoted me (although after I told the national chain that I had a better price already, they tried to offer me additional discounts, but we were no longer interested at that point), and we were able to support a local business. I will recommend CFS to anybody interested in redoing their floors.

Jason and his team did an outstanding job installing my fabulous commercial grade luxury vinyl flooring from Flooret! The installers were very courteous, polite, knowledgeable, detail oriented, made no assumptions with the outcome being beautiful installation throughout my first floor! I will definitely be recommending them and Flooret flooring in the future!

Jason and his team did an amazing job on our floors. They matched our hardwood perfectly when putting in custom-stained stair treads and landing. As well as installing high quality LVP in our office with a seamless transition.Really great work done at nearly half the cost of LL Flooring and another flooring company nearby. Bobby, who installed the flooring was great to speak with as well and really takes pride in his craft. We will definitely be going to them again for future work!
