I arrived at this location last night a few minutes before closing. The employee was very rude. Waiting on a customer that came after me first and told me to go to another store. I had gotten someone to take me to this location because I am unable to drive due to a surgery on my shoulder. She had no empathy and was rude. My phone had a icon that would not go away and I had called customer care and that employee gave me a number to apple customer service to assist me. I asked if cricket stopped their technical support. Unable to get assistance. I guess it is time to leave this service.

I visited this University store on 12/142023 and spoke with Ms. Alondra Rivera. She had the sweetiest and most helpful attitude. My phone was acting up and she took her time to help me out. She has a very pleasant attitude and I would say, she is a keeper with an increase. Some people do not have great, helpful spirits but she carries one. I will return soon and hopefully, Alondra will be there. It is because of her, you get 5 stars.

THE WORST STORE EVER! I went i there trying to get my phone connected when I’ve been with this company for over 10 years and the Hispanic girl the front was very rude and nasty to me also being racist. I’m definitely going to switch companies and let everybody know not to go to that store or this company.

Today I was trying to get an update for my sister phone bc she broke her phone. I be with the company longs time I have two line there which mean I have 6 numbers there.But today when I try to get a new phone and the guy who work there today is so rude will not help me nicely so I have to walk out and go to different place. If this happen again next time I will move to different company.

I left a message on another Cricket site about a pleasant young lady named Joumana. She's an absolutely amazing employee and you all have a true gem. She's very knowledgeable about your products, programs and pricing. I had a phone to replace due to the battery and she made what I thought would be a difficult situation into a pleasant one. She was training another employee as well, as I can see why because her customer service skills are impeccable. She's was awesome !!
