Keep your expectations low. Yes I can speak Spanish, even though the Manager thought otherwise as she walked into the back calling me a slew of obscenities, cause she activated the wrong phone. After lying to me about the phone she gave me being the same as the phone I wanted, I pointed out the differences, and lying about being able to switch the service over another phone. She charged me a 2nd activation fee. This is not the 1st time she has given me bad service and tried to push used products on me or the wrong product. I'm sure corporate would love to know more.

I had the extreme please to be assisted with Pamela from the Durham NC store on Roxboro Rd. She has the best customer service. I was very pleased with how I was talked to and how she tried to help me the best way she knows how. Very knowledgeable and spoke to me in a manner in which I could understand and comprehend. I told her I would one shop with her due to my last horrible experience.
Thank you for hiring Ms Pam because she truly loves what she does and it shows in her personality.

I had the worst customer service experience when I went there, is it me or they only hire Hispanics, I’m no racist they should be able to hire other people. The first person that attended to me omg was very rude the mistake I made was not being able to get her name. I don’t know if corporate, management can do anything about it but this is just so wrong, unacceptable and unprofessional. Something needs to be done asap

Visited on 5.31.24 and had a wonderful experience with the staff. It was the young lady's 2nd day and despite system issues she was very pleasant. She set up my phone and put on the screen protector to save me the trouble. My 1st visit was great and I will definitely recommend this location to anyone.
