The worst customer service EVERR DONT COME HERE!! Marieli needs to be thought how to have good customer service and a decent human being. As soon as we walked in the store I should’ve known that she was going to be a nightmare. I’ve never been to a store that has such bad customer service. If you go in there please don’t let MARIELI help you she will try to scam you and have an attitude the whole time.

Marcos did not set up the phone properly and kept rushing us to make the sale. When we returned bc the phone was not functioning properly, and asked to swap it out for another free phone within the first 7 days we were charged taxes on a free phone and made to change to number bc it was not working after being ported over. Very disappointed and I want a full refund for the money that has already been paid.

The staff there is totally different now, I understand the bad reviews from before but the people they have now are the best customer service I ever got in a cell phone store and very knowledgeable.

Jumana and Nancy are very helpful and always get me the best deals. And anytime I ever had a problem with my phone they help so much more than calling customer service (it's usually "user error" haha). Jumana is an expert in basically all the phones. I've had Cricket for years but I will always go to this location from now on because you get the customer service that's hard to find these days.

The young man who helped me scammed me.1. he sold me a phone when we already had our own phone, all we needed was a sim. he told me it was the cheapest option.2. he changed my whole family plan so my bill went from $130 to $230 instead of just the added $20 for the new line.do not go to this store. only deal directly with cricket
