Even with a receipt and the defective shoes, the store offered no refund, replacement or discount for my child’s crocs which have been worn for 2 months. May 12 was the purchase date. I will not be back to this store. You’re better off ordering online or choosing another brand altogether.

4:30 pm on a Sunday. Only customer in the store. Manager is counting the till. His employee is zoned out. Struggle to find my kid's size. One other customer walks in. Manager appoints his employee to help them. Pick out shoes. Ask if I get a discount for not being offered help. Told no. Leave shoes on counter. FU!

Store is ok. Staff was unusually rude when asking for help about finding a size. It’s ok to have bad days, but don’t take it out on anyone. I ended up buying crocs online since it was cheaper.

Great selection of crocs and croc products. But the service was AMAZING!!!! In a world where customer satisfaction seems too much to ask, the staff here kept hope alive lol.
