Lots of turnover in staff, esp after buyout changed Cruizers to Refuel. Prices are pretty high for snacks. Rare store that uses separate card machine for EBT/SNAP and apparently so often the only employee is often new and has no clue how to take those payments. Limited selection of cigarettes.Morning grill hot food is solid. Lunch hot food is mediocre. Evening hot food is basically lunch dried out tired leftovers sitting.Lots of traffic here weekdays from 7-9am, 11am-1pm, and 4-6pm. Very common stop for skilled and unskilled labor yrades, RTP workers, and any of the many many residential locals that live in large communities behind it with few other options for gas/convenience on the way home from anywhere east or southeast for work. Next fuel is up at 54/55(north) or Davis/hopson(East), or kittcreek/55(South).

I stopped in on my way to work. There is a very clear sign on the door stating that masks are REQUIRED indoors. There were maybe 6 customers, other than myself, and 3-4 employees. None of the customers were wearing masks. I only saw one employee with a mask and he was wearing it around his chin. Very disappointed.

Stopped in to get something to eat while my car was being worked on up the street. It was mid-afternoon and there wasn't much hot food available. I grabbed a slice of pizza and a drink. The clerk was courteous and the pizza was just okay -- nothing great. Would have preferred more variety for hot food but maybe I hit them during a non-optimal time.

Door locked no employee to be seen. Waited and waited and waited. There were four of us just hanging out outside for ten minutes.

Twice a day customer for 20+ years Love the store and Rhonda always brightens my day with her positive attitude and Britney is always helpful with my lottery tickets and happy to see the customers. Need to go back to styrofoam cups though

On 3/17/2021 I went to this store around 9:40 pm and the cashier was in a car with a friend on a smoke break. She said sorry and she didn't have a cigarette all day. Another customer was waiting as well but left. I was standing by however I quickly realized that she was not in any rush to help me. I too went somewhere else. To Management, I understand these positions are hard to fill but your customers deserve better. Meanwhile given this ghetto experience, I will not be returning.

They're never open. Employees are always out on a smoke break or hiding in the back room. Knock on the door, pound on it, whatever. Won't matter. Today I had an employee literally stare at me, roll his eyes, and walk to the back to avoid opening the doors for me to get in the gas station. It's a good thing there's a Sheetz like 3 minutes down the road.

We have been going to this Cruizers since its grand opening and have always had good experiences, including within the past few months. However, tonight when we stopped by, there were five other people in the store, including one employee. None of them was wearing a mask, again, including the employee. In fact, a mask was only visible on one of them, a customer, who was wearing it around her neck instead of on her face. We expected better than this from our favorite gas station. We are staying home as much as possible and minimize our risk whenever we absolutely have to go out. We won't be going here again until they show that they are taking our safety and that of their employees more seriously.

Do not go here during the pandemic. They are not doing the right thing. There is no 6 foot spacing. They are running two registers side by side. The door says masks are required. Yet most people were not wearing masks. I waited in line but decided to drop stuff and leave since they are letting people almost touch shoulders while paying.

Never have I gone to a gas station where I received such a warm welcome. Sharon went out her way to ensure I knew she was available if I needed anything. Rhonda was polite and engaged in conversation as well. Overall all my experience was much nicer than what's expected at a gas station. There was a young man and a lady with short hair also there and just as pleasant but I did not catch their name tags. Thank you!

Friendly place, but a bit run down vs some of the nicer Cruizers locations.

I like this location because the employees are friendly and they have some prepared foods aside from your typical convenience store snacks. They even have a small seating area with some booths. You'll find sliced pizza or whole made to order, wings, fries, corn dogs, hot dogs, sausages and a great selection of fountain drinks. It's pretty busy M-F during the early morning when they also have breakfast sandwiches and at lunchtime. I don't think they have too many of the hot food offerings on the weekend, but would probably make up a whole pizza to go. Oh, yeah, they also have gas for your car!!

Staff is always polite and friendly. They have good breakfast biscuits too.
