We had reserved what we thought was a 1st floor storage unit, only to learn on-site that our unit was on the 2nd floor. Mr. Maurice Farmer patiently, cheerfully, professionally worked to secure the perfect 1st floor space for us in short order. Our experience with Mr. Farmer was a no hassle, pleasant one. Mr. Farmer proved himself to be a knowledgeable, “can do”employee with great people skills who is willing to jump right in to provide exceptional customer service.

The manager, Maurice, was extremely helpful and cordial throughout the entire process of renting my unit. He bent over backwards to find the best unit to meet my needs, which took multiple phone calls over several days because I live in another state and needed to confirm the unit before I arrived. The facility itself is clean and well functioning, and seems very safe and secure. I highly recommend renting at this facility!

I really like the service at the facility. It is clean and easy to access my storage unit. They provide service with a smile, which is helpful during a complex situation. I also like the security around the building.

Maurice, the store manager at the Durham location on petty road is incredible. If corporate could be more like him then we would have no issues. I have been with this location, renting for 4 years now with nothing but headache with them being bought out and my price going from $108 after the first price increase to now $147. I have just been diagnosed with cancer and in all fairness can’t afford the $147. So thank you, thank you Maurice for being so understanding and for helping lower my rate and for getting me to stay with your facility.
