I have officially filed a corporate complaint with this pharmacy. With the acceptIon of 2, this staff Is rude, incompetent and has no customer service conscience. I have been told lies and misleading statements about my maintenance medication. When my doctor sent them a Rx and the rx did not go through, they did not not call or text stating there is a problem. This prescription was sat there over 1 hour, as I was coming from surgery. I offered to pay cash to get the meds to expedite and get reimbursed from my insurance plan. The lead pharmacy Sarah came off as rude, no compassion and didn't take ownership of her error regarding medication when I pushed back to get it done next she stated there were other ahead of me which meant I had to go to the back of the line . They need to understand people don't come to the pharmacy because they are happy and want to party. We come in as a last results because there is a medical condition that needs to be treated. If you can please avoid this cvs pharmacy. It's Durham 210 Sedwick rd. I am moving all my meds to another pharmacy that are professional even if I have to drive 50 miles out of the way. Customer service is very important, substandard services I don't do. To add insult to injury she sent me a text saying the rx is not covered as I had to leave without meds.

My quest to find a non-moronic pharmacist locally continues. I've been using Latisse for years. I've even picked it up from this pharmacy before. But for some reason today they wrote on the label to put Latisse IN your eye. IN? What sort of idiot thinks you put a lash treatment IN your eye? So they refused to give me the prescription until they'd corrected their egregious error, and required me to get back in line behind other waiting cars. I declined to wait, and upon reflection I'm transferring all my scripts out today.... as I realize it will be impossible for me to respect a pharmacist who would display such incompetence, let alone trust them.

Absolutely rediculous!!!! On hold for hours and the manager, after a complaint, promised a call back. What a joke!!!!! Almost two hours on hold to get a RX refill. Simply wanted a response and someone to care that I have wasted two hours of my life. Tell me you're busy. Be a REAL manager and call me back. Treat me like a valued customer and don't get rude with me on the phone because YOU messed up and your manager SUCKs and doesn't know how to run a store. Apparently, she can't manage her employees or her store. Thanks cvs! Nice. Oh, and by the way: FIX THE POTHOLES!!!!!

I got the flu shot. It was easy and painless.

When having a choice between Walgreens and CVS - I'll always choose CVS and this is why. Over the years I've found CVS to be a trusted pharmacy with a consist theme in serving their customers and making them a priority. The last few weeks have been overly "non-stop-on-the-go" for me and I've been needing to get my flu shot for some time now but had trouble finding the time. Because I work with the Duke Healthcare system, specifically Duke Hospice patients, it was especially important (albeit required) for me that I get my flu shot ASAP. I could have done better planning and get to the pharmacy earlier but still, Pharmacist Sarah Mc Caughan extended me grace and still went out of her way to administer me my much needed flu shot just before store closing. This speaks volumes. Thank you for not turning me away and thank you for not telling me to come back tomorrow. My immune system thanks you and my sickly patients thank you also!
