Worst CVS pharmacy I have ever been to! Every month there is a problem with them processing my prescriptions. They tell me they are ready for pick up and when I come get them they ask me to come back later! No respect for people’s time. I have provided my insurance card over 20 times and every time they process my prescriptions as out of pocket and seem surprise every time I say I have insurance.

Called the number to see if they’ll be reopening today so I can pick up my prescription and couldn’t get through. Stood out front while I called my doctor’s office to get my prescription transferred and heard 5-6 people come up and mutter something along the lines of “figures…” or “not again…”
Don’t bother.

My wife returned an Amazon package at this CVS. The cashier was rude and raised his voice, scaring her. She left quickly due to his behavior.

Ideas for improvement: have a backup procedure where you use paper charting for all the times the computer system will go down, that way you can still provide services when the system crashes. Also, call the people on the schedule to let them know not to come in if they won't be able to get the service they were scheduled for. I know this is all above the pharmacy techs working there. It's a job for whoever's making the decisions. Thank you.

I went to get a prescription and I was on the phone with the insurance company sitting in front of the pharmacy the petition began to close and they said nothing to me like miss we’re going on break yes they deserve a break but how ignorant to see me sitting there calling my insurance company as the pharmacist instructed me to do and say nothing WOW

I am very angry because I went to buy at CVS and when I went to pay the man did not want to serve me and said that he did not attend to me and I called another worker to attend to me at the checkout. I never said anything to him or told him anything so that he He would behave so rudely and treat us in such a bad way, speaking so rudely, the name of the rude person is Hassan.

Staff are always helpful and helpful ..even when they are short staff. They remain friendly and polite and that makes a Hugh difference...and you don't mind the wait...

Something is off here. I witnessed the pharmacist basically tossing prescriptions over the counter. Also, they seem to not bill insurance for generic drugs - even though mine covers them. This happened twice, so I am not thinking it was accidental. I had to go in to get a refund. They refused to do it over the phone. That may be a requirement, but they wasted my time. That is problematic.
I would advise not going to this pharmacy due to the fact that they filled two prescriptions and happened to bill insurance for one, but somehow missed it on the other. Seems odd. Could be a mistake, but given that they also didn't have updated information from the CVS app, I have to think something is wrong on the backend.
Definitely only go to this one if you need the non-pharmacy. We're actually passing our experience along to the appropriate folks.

Possibly the worst customer service at a CVS in the triangle area. Staff is rude and on all of the few times I visited they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them by just stepping inside the store. They don't want to be there, that much is clear.

The most incompetent and inconsiderate employees ever. My 9 month pregnant wife had to wait 45 minutes for a pre scheduled COVID test. The employees were not even apologetic, they said it is not their fault.

The cashier at the front is extremely rude and unprofessional. I walked in looking for Covid test for my friend who has been sick since she cannot go out. The cashier said it’s on top of the shelf and I looked up but didn’t see any (bad on my part since I didn’t know what they look like). So I paused and asked where it is again. The cashier literally rolled his eyes and mumbled something along the line of “people are killing me”. No matter how stressed or short staffed a place is, being professional is bottom line. Apparently this specific employee has none.
