The pharmacy is absolutely terrible.The wait is horrible and the Indian pharmacist is rude and has and nasty attitude. The other staff are unprofessional. I hate having to go in there.

The pharmacist is a horrible person he is so rude he spoke of my prescriptions over the pharmacy and when I asked him for his managers info he then told me he knew my name and address and he knew who to come for the company never addressed the issue and lied saying he spoke of my prescriptions low and he spoke from the back of the pharmacy all the way to the register people should not cot this stores pharmacy the new pharmacist is racist and discriminating to women of color he think he can speak to us any kind of way and CVS won’t do anything but lie and not address the man literally threatening my safety

This CVS is thrash and it's so called night Manager with the ball on top of her head glasses and the clawed fingernails and her Cashier Jeremy are thrash and unprofessional. The Manager left the employee to deal with me because she couldn't figure out a manufacturer coupon. She stomped off like a 2 year old child in distress and Jeremy told me to be quiet! I was in shock and told him don't he ever tell a Customer to basically shut up! ?I felt like a child being scoldedbecause I wanted my $1.00 off coupon. I will never ever step foot back into this CVS. I will stick with Garrett Road. I would give them no stars the Employees are Ghetto and Mean and Rude and they don't apologize for it! They just argue with you! Just to prove that they do not know their job so they take it out on the Customer. I felt like I was bothering them!I never would have had this problem if the guy that waited on me previously wasn't having a personal conversation about his Thanksgiving plans when I was in there last. He never apologized for taking up my time by gossiping with an old neighbor! Never shop here!This CVS should be shut down. It is a disgrace to the community!

Moved here from out of state, close to my home so I had my Rx transferred from Target CVS Midlothian VA. I work in surgical department at one of the local premier University hospitals - I am appalled by the behavior, lack of respect and professionalism at the 930 MLK CVS. I have been a CVS customer for over 10 years.. never seen one pharmacy that cannot seem to keep very common maintenance Rx in stock for patients who have been filling for 12 consecutive months.How do you tell an individual with cardiac medication that you’re out of stock, have no idea how long it will be AND then semi-refuse to check another CVS to see if they can help the patient faster? Reviews citing epileptics who are made to wait for anti seizure medication?? Patients on blood thinners.. do you do this to them? I know other CVS would bend over backwards to find another store with critical Rx situations. Stop playing with people’s lives. Do you want the responsibility for having a psychiatric patient go 3-5 days cold turkey without their meds because you all won’t check another location.. sounds like a lawsuit waiting to happen. RECKLESS!!

Hasn't had my medication for a month and doesn't know when it will be in. Guy I talked to on the phone could not care less that they wil be losing a customer with six prescriptions. This isn't the only problem I've had with them. Goodbye CVS, hello Walgreens.

Incredibly rude service from the pharmacy team. I called, as directed by the automated text message, about a prescription refill looking for some clarity, and was met with someone who has no business working in pharmaceuticals. This medication is new to me, so I was trying to understand the refill process moving forward. He heard my question and made me feel like I was an idiot for asking. He repeated one sentence over and over as if I didn't hear him the first time (and was not the answer to my question), would not let me get any other questions out before he interrupted, and practically bit my head off when I did ask him to repeat one word. It got to the point I just had to hang up on him. I never write public reviews, but this isn't just a retail store or restaurant. A pharmacy needs to take better care to provide accurate information for medications, laws around those medications, and the health of their patients. Don't offer to answer questions if you aren't going to.

I wish I could give this Pharmacy a zero star. I called to get an emergency prescription for my son who suffers from epilepsy. My son took his last pill today and can not go without the medication. If he misses a dose he will have a seizure. The pharmacist was very rude and unwilling to help us in any way even after I explained that he had an appointment on Tuesday and only needed three pills. The pharmacist was talking over me and would not give me a chance to talk. He did not care about the outcome of my son missing his medication.

This pharmacy is horrible. Stay away of this place. The whole experience trying to buy a few items was totally unacceptable. A young man working on the front was rude, unprofessional, and acted like he did not want to be there or deal with people, or just work at all. He refused to complete my transaction after I asked to remove an item that was on sale and he refused to acknowledge the price, even after going with me (with a horrible attitude) and verifying that the product was on sale. He proceeded to say “dear you do not have to buy anything”, 3 times and I had to leave the store without the products to avoid a scene due to his horrible and unkind attitude.

I’ve used this pharmacy for almost 20 years and I will no longer. They never pick up the phone. My daughter had an ear infection didn’t call to inform me that her medicine was out of stock until the day after the prescription had been called in. The pharmacy I had requested the prescription to be transferred to wasn’t able to get a hold of them. I’m now having to miss ANOTHER day at work because this pharmacy can’t communicate with anyone. And when they do, they are rude as hell!

Should have looked at the reviews before I visited this trash of a store. Purchased a giftcard that did not activate before I even left out of the store but still charged. The manager Stephanie was rude and cut me off when trying to explain the situation and didn’t even attempt to resolve this issue. All I received from the cashier was a 1-800 number to call where they didn’t even answer the phone.

Just tried calling the pharmacy, 6 tries and over 1hr on hold, no answer? It's 5pm on a Thursday. Unacceptable.

This CVS pharmacy is awful. Every time you come you stand at the counter for at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges your existence. There is always a huge line no matter what time you come. I am sure they’re understaffed so maybe not their fault but they need to hire more people because I have come here at least 20-30 times and every time it is extremely painful to pick up a simple prescription. Switching my pharmacy.

Pharmacists and all pharmacy workers are rude and inhumane I was coming to pick up my kids medicine after an allergic reaction and instead they waited til lunch to then say they will fill his prescription after 2 while my 1 yr old is in so much pain!!! PLEASE STAY AWAY!

D*** pharmacy techs and even dumber customers who hold up a line of 5 people for over 15 minutes because they have no clue how prescriptions or insurance works. Walked out and went to the empty drive through and found the same tech who was walking around doing nothing in the store could have helped everyone waiting in line at the counter. I'm going mail order and never again wasting my time with this CVS.
